WARNING WARNING WARNING!First visit and definitely my last! Staff was rude, racist, and unhospitable! Was accompanied by 3 girlfriends and all had issues with the food and service as well. Took 45mins for 2 salads, and 2 cold lasagnas:( There was a bug ON my first glass of water, and one IN my replacement. Specifically asked for no bacon,nonetheless, there was an abundance of it in my salad Fried pickles did not arrive until we were ready to leave. Manager refused to comp meal. Was in such a hurry to leave, left my cell phone, which was mysteriously lost! Filed a police report and do not encourage the public to dine with them! Wish I didnt have to give any stars, NOT WORTH IT!!!

Alex Kirk... Land pressure??? This place has been here for close to 40 years. It isnt going anywhere, maybe you should. They warn you of smoking before you step foot inside the door, so if you dont like it and can properly read English then go elsewhere. Trust me, they dont care. The beer selection in this place is fine. It is a dive bar. If you want the high end IPAs go downtown! The food is amazing and the daily specials are always spot on. Great service and a very friendly staff run this place. If you want the yuppie settings of high end Atlanta bars then I would not suggest coming here. Its dark, old and perfect for the dive bar guy/girl in ya....

Every stereotype about southern dive bars, all wrapped up in one neat little package. The place reeked of cigarette smoke, and had a sign on the door warning ladies that the towels on their bathroom floor were covering holes. Beer selection was as full of Bud Light and Miller Lite as youd expect. Food was obviously frozen and then microwaved (wife burned her tongue on scaling mac & cheese taking a bite from the middle). Service was friendly enough, but to top it off it was expensive ($35 before tip for two at lunch with just iced teas to drink). We wont be disappointed when the eventual land pressure leads to redevelopment.

Its a smoking environment. I love this place, but just know that a smoky environment always loses at least one star with me. Other than that, RN is the standard of american food in a place where mexican, asian, and mid-eastern restaurants thrive. The Rusty Nail is just south of "Chambodia". You wont find better more polite service anywhere and it definitely has a Cheer-sish kind of feeling. I think they have trivia night too, but not sure. Youll see the same people here every single time you visit. Thats a good thing.

This place is great! Ive only been twice, once to eat in and once to take out. Both good experiences. I must say the cheeseburger is the best Ive had in the Atlanta area. Service is great, too. Im rating this 5 stars because it is better than I thought it would be. It is a dive bar and I love that it is one of the last places youre free to smoke if you do. Great fish as well! Going to visit again!

The burgers are outstanding! Everything else Ive tried on the menu has been good also. Beer menu is good with nice options while not being geared toward "trendy" (sometimes having 50 craft beers isnt what one is looking for). Owner is pleasant, inviting, & in the building. Been there during trivia (have not participated though) and all involved have a great time.

The best place to hang out. Food is always top notch, never had a bad meal.......food is always home made and burgers are by far the best and the only place I can eat a burger. Home town hospitality and feel. Inexpensive we can stay all night including dinner for less than 100. All the staff is very friendly and always remembers what we drink. A must try

I am not surprised at the bad reviews. I just tapped in to see if the place has changed since I lived within walking distance back in the 70s. It was so bad in its early years that 3 of my friends and I walked out after waiting for over 10 minutes without even a hello from the staff. I am amazed that they are still in business--must be a tax writeoff.

This place is so great. Im here at peak on Thursday and its not that crowded. Its really fun, everybody here is great. The food is really, really good, and the service is over the top attentive, friendly, and fun. They play great music too, it just works.

First visit for a girls night. Cheeseburgers and fries tasted great! It is a dive joint and we didnt mind. Had lots of fun with trivia night before heading out with the girls. It is worth another visit in the future. Katie and friends.

Terrible food, even for bar food. They also over-charged my friends credit card. When she called them, their response was "not my problem". When she called back, they hung up on her twice. We will NEVER go back there!
