I ordered from Major Menus through work, when my food was delivered they did not have the lemon cake I ordered. I called immediately at 12:05 pm and spoke to a female who told me they would send the person back with my cake THAT I PAID FOR! At 2 pm I called back and a man answered and told me he wasnt there when they did Major Menus and didnt know anything about it, he would get the Manager George Lewis to call me. It is not the NEXT DAY and I have yet to get a call, get my cake, OR get reimbursed for the Lemon cake that I paid for but never got. Very bad service and Extremely bad customer service!

Horrible, horrible horrible. I ordered ribs and fries, with dirty rice. The ribs were half done red with red juices dripping from them, fries were saturated with grease and half cooked, dirty rice was full of grease. When we called back he hung up in my friends face. He said he does not give refunds. Took the plate back and GOT more food AND THE RIBS WERE SPOILED. GO FIGURE BAD MEAT IT SMELLED SO BAD. I WONDER HOW THE BOARD OF HEALTH WOULD FEEL ABOUT THIS.????????? NOT TO MENTION HIS ATTITUDE STINKS, FLIES EVERY WHERE....!!!!!!!

Sorry not Soul food to me i ordered oxtails from here talking bout a big disappointment oxtails was big for nothing no season gravy super loose no season ,canned mustard greens,n spagetti n cheese wet and and blain no season a waste of 13$ I COULD NOT EAT IT i couldve ate chinese...im sorry everybody cant make a roux Im a Kuntry Girl N i do This I cook Superb I try to support my people,but sorry yall gotta do better than that for yall make somebody sick i been

A nice little hidden soul food place with good prices. I got 3 pcs of chicken, 2 sides (macaroni and yams), cornbread and a drink for $6. And to top it off the chicken was fried to order so it was nice and hot!!!! They also have daily specials and a $3.99 hamburger special. I will be back
