I ordered 1,350 wings in six different flavors for a Superbowl Party at Shippensburg University. The Manager Rocco helped me figure out the amount of wings I would need for the projected number of students that would be in attendance and also worked with my budget to truly get me the best deal. Being as though it was Superbowl night, when I arrived to pick up all the wings, there WASNT a long wait time, they were ready when the manager Rocco said they would be. A group of employees all came together to help me get the boxes in my car and make sure they would travel well. All of the wings were cooked and sauced perfectly, the students loved them! Overall I was extremely impressed and appreciative of the customer service and the quality in such a large order. I will definitely be using this location again for our next big event.

Ugh... It was very hot in the restaurant at least 80 degrees. It took well over 10 minutes for the waiter to come to our table which could be understood if it was busy but it was far from it. The waiter was sweating profusely and wiping the sweat from his forehead with his hands. If I could stand the heat I wouldnt be able to bear a waiter handing me sweat covered food. Get the A/C fixed or at least let people know before they are seated.

Buffalo Wild Wings always had Tuesday wing deals since I have been going there for bone in wings I always order over the phone and get 13-15 wings for 8$ on these days well today randomly when I came in to pick up my food the cashier says it will be 16$. They got rid of the bone in wing deal so I was stuck paying for over priced wings because of the lack of notification about them changing deals around. Management sucks here do not go

First & last time. Was not busy at the time we went. Seated quickly but sat for 20 min until a server took our drink order. The remainder of service was just as terrible. Got wings, they werent terrible but they werent good either. Ive had much better wings at our local pub for 1/2 the price! 2 people: mediocre wings, ok fries, sodas & bad service $45? Nope wont be back.

Went here with a group of coworkers one Tuesday evening. It was packed. It is way too cramped inside to comfortably enjoy a meal. Service was okay, and given the fact that they were newly opened, I overlooked the extreme slowness and multiple wrong orders. Yes, the food is good, but its not worth the high prices. There are better places in town to get wings.

I dont recommend this location for large groups (we had 20). They intended to manage with one server until we asked for a second. The drinks took 30 minutes. When food arrived, it was not organized by customer, rather they shouted out what they had in their hands and the customer would declare ownership. Much was cold. Then final bill came out incorrectly.

Very small plac. Feels like you are eating on top of the other table. Food was sub par, I ordered spicy garlic boneless and the wings come out with very little sauce then someone that worked there come out and took the two chairs from our table.bad service.will not be going back there will drive to the Hagerstown store from now on

Small , wasnt the cleanest when we visited and it wasnt a busy day where they couldnt kept up with the cleaning . Food was ok . Still prefer the one in Hagerstown over the chambersburg location. Staff seems like they are really to busy socializing to pay attention to customers like to see them once after placing order.

The manager on duty refused to put the dolphin game on Audio, even though over half the patrons were dolphin fans. I just dont understand the logic,unless he was a ram or redskin fan.
