This is for the Grand Forks location. I really enjoy their pizza but the delivery drivers are terribly slow. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks and it took almost 2 hours for them to get to my apartment! The driver could not find my apartment the first time so instead of calling me he went back to the store. Then the manager calls me and says that the driver went to my apartment and knocked on the door and called and there was no answer (which he never did). Then they said they were trying again. So the driver then actually calls me saying he is here. I walk downstairs to get my pizza and he is no where to be found. So I try and call him 3 different times and there is no answer. I walk up to my apartment and then finally he buzzes my place. He then gave me my pizza which was actually hot so that was nice and gave me a free pizza coupon. His customer service was not up to standards, he also did not have the actual copy of my receipt to sign only the guest copy and did not have a pen for me to sign with. I love their pizza but will never order delivery again.

I ordered here for the first time tonight and I will definitely be back! I ordered a garden salad with Italian dressing, a chicken club Endzone, and a large hand tossed Bull Dog pizza. The salad was made with shredded lettuce, which I love! The size was great for the price and all of the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The Endzone was also a great size, and the crust was perfectly chewy and crispy. I added jalapeños to mine - delicious! The pizza crust was crispy and fluffy in all the right places... the ingredients used were obviously top-notch. I also love that this is a local, family-owned business. Ill be back, for sure!

(Fargo, ND location) Decent food, terrible customer service. Since I realize this review affects the GF location, Im revising my score. Even though my experience at the location in Grand Forks was back in 2012, I did have a great one. Ive ordered there at least a couple of times. Based on others, if youre doing better than old management, I feel good about leaving my 5 star review. Thank you for taking the time to reply and offer me to come in. The Fargo location ( not affiliated ) gives the brand a bad name, which is unfortunate for you.

Slap Shot Pizza is at the top of my list when it comes to pizza. I went in and ordered a large veggie (which was generously portioned) and it was everything a pizza should be; steamy and delicious. Slap shot will always be my first choice.

I go to the fat Albert side and I have to say lately Im not impressed. The size of the subs changes. The taste is there but the size of the sandwich should not change. I now will only go there as a last ditch effort. Oh very depressing.

Ive seen this company at every benefit/fundraising event in town. The pizza is great, and they are actively involved in the local community and giving back. These guys are awesome!

This is thee best sub place in town!! Their "Fat Albert" sub is simply amazing! Although there is really no room to sit inside, the food is definitely worth it! You wont be sorry

Usualy pretty good, but latley theres no answer or it rings but sounds like they pick up and hang up for delivery. Not good. Im hungry
