Kanafa at its best. They have few variations of the same milk cheese sweet, too heavy. At least a million calories. Lol but they are so delicious. They are fresh, they serve it hot or cold. They are sweet version of cheese layered with different things like pista, cookie crumbles, etc. served with some syrup. They could be made like a sandwich with that specialty bread. Makes it less sweat. Makes it yummier. They have the Lebanon version and palatine version This place is so humble, sits in the middle of a small strip mall. Kept super clean. This right across from the giant Shatila bakery. But so much better. The staff is super sweet, ;) friendly and inviting. She explained us what each one is and how its different. There are stools to sit but its mostly like a take out kind of place. It gets sticky and messy, so Dont think about eating it in the car and wipe with a napkin. Lol. Cost- 4 bucks per huge piece, they have buy 5 get 1 free.

Simply the best, I drive 7 hours for Lebons kinafi in cheese. After I tried it, now I have hard time finish a kinafi from most sweet shops including Shatila and SeaSweet . I am hoping to make this journey this Friday. Cant wait.

Sorry for the bad review! 1* for ONLY the knafeh not the service.. Anyways it was the worst knafeh that Ive ever had. The knafeh was not knafeh,,, it was more of Hareeseh... the ladies who work there are nice.

Very unprofessional staff. They just stand there being weird and look around. The sweets isnt all that. Had way better sweets. I tried the kunafi their mixed tray, halaowa jibeen.
