As much as I enjoy coming here, they never get call ahead seating right. I ask for a booth the first time, got a table, second time got a half booth and half table and the third time got seated at the bar on high tables. The food was good, our server was over tabled and rarely came back to refill our drinks. I understand its the holidays and people new, but yea, it was kind of an awful experience. I do not normally complain, but seriously I ask for a drink and 25 minutes later after an app and salad they finally bring over a drink. Ugh. I probably will continue to go because my boyfriend loves the steak tips and ribs. Oh well.

We order over the phone drove from Canton to get our food they messed up all our orders we got stuff we didnt order and missing stuff we did the chicken was over cooked the fried foods was soggy we had to call back and go all the way back there. My kids got there kids Mac and cheese it was just noodles and packet cheese very dry no flavor. One of my kids orderd a hamburger they gave us a cheese burger ..I will not be getting from here again but to those who do check your food BEFORE YOU LEAVE

Overall, the experience was pleasant. The prime rib I ordered was succulent and a perfect medium-rare. The horseradish sauce was a good complement. The sangria came in a fish bowl and was tasty though on the weak side. Service was slow at times and a bit inattentive, perhaps due to our isolated location in a corner. With a better server, I think youd have a "4 star" experience.

Never used to have a problem at this restaurant but as of lately, last 4 visits over a 6 month span of time, our party of 4 waited nearly an hour from order placed to food coming out to table and staff ignored us as we were stuck waiting. Very poor service.

Decent food and a nice looking bar. The manager looks young but he was very friendly and took care of me when a mistake was made on my order. He looks like he works hard and was actually working around in the kitchen with his staff.

Rude hostess 15 minutes for a drink order Ten more minutes to arrive Caesar salad with no dressing Filet ordered medium well done 15 minutes waiting to pay the tab. All this on a slow Wednesday. Will never go back.

Had a birthday dinner with my extended family last night. They were very accommodating and friendly. The food was great and they did a great job managing our large group of 17. Very happy and definitely recommend.
