This place should get some more attention. The surrounding area isnt the most desirable, but its definitely a gem in the middle of a desert. The food rivals Impressionz in East Liberty. Service isnt as good here, but they do open later and they have a bunch of Jamaican sodas and drinks. The brown sauce chicken and oxtail are both delicious. We got smalls, and they come with choice of peas and rice or white rice, plus a side of cabbage salad. For drink, I tried the pineapple guava juice--very sweet and tropical.

Way over priced! For the price they should have better ingredients!! Not authentic at all :( felt lied to from the ratings! Got a large jerk chicken that had 4 small chopped pieces of meat, that really wasnt good! The rice taste like it was microwaved and it was mushy with no taste at all!! Definitely they need to put the $ they are not using on there food ingredients to update the place! Five thumbs down, so sad!! Drove a few hours just to throw my food away! Thanks :(

Their customer service is horrible on the phone. I had to call back just to ask for price and the time estimate. Then when I get there they charge me more than what they said on the phone. Their prices are ridiculous. Their food is cheap and nasty . when I received my food, it looked like they just heated it up! So I wasted $20 bucks for a pepper steak meal and a Jamaican patty. Never again. Would not recommend this place at all!

Craving this so bad right now. I always get curry chicken combo or w.e. They always gave me more food then I could finish and the price was always cheap. But just cause price was low dont think the quality is low cause it aint. Not once was I unpleased. From the first plate to the last it was always consistent top quality.

Ive been coming here since I was 16. And it will never stop as long as they are open. I cant get enough of their stewed fish. Tilapia or snapper. I dont care about the price because its good, all good. Their ox tails will blow your mind. If you dont like their food then there is something wrong with your taste buds. #yum

Real Jamaican food in Pittsburgh! The rice and peas tasted authentic. I could eat the stew cabbage all afternoon! Delicious! The Jerk chicken was tasty, but a little too chopped up for my liking with bone fragments. Still delicious! I rinsed it all down with a Ting! Yes. Would return

The customer service is a bit lacking, I lyke the patties. Plantains are good if they ever have them. The fried chicken would be "fyre" MINUS the fact they are be fried in the same grease as everything else.
