Some of the worst customer service I have ever experience! On lunch break walk in and no hostess. Stand there after a few minutes finally the manager sits us. He even asked if we were on our lunch break. We opted to sit on the patio since the weather was nice. After sitting there for almost 20 minutes we are getting up to leave and a waitress comes out to take our drink orders. At this point my lunch half over and upset I said no thanks and lets see the manager. As with most companies that have bad customer service they want to apologize for the inconvenience. Here is a great concept why not just provide excellent service and there would be no reason to apologize. Never again at this location.

If you call in a order to pick up, count your wings before you leave. I ordered 20 piece boneless chicken to go on the Web. Went to pick it up. Got home only to find 14 pieces of chicken. This was the second time this has happened. I called them to complain. The girl who answered transfered me to the managers office only to hear him pick up the phone and hangup twice! This says to me they know they are shorting the orders. Very disappointed at this type of dishonesty! Thats the last time I go there!

I generally dont expect good service from Buffalo Wild wings. Having said that I do expect some. I visited this location the other day and it was terrible. I went with a group of 12 people and we were the only people in the restaurant. We did not get checked on by our waiter one time. My girlfriend got the queso chilli dip and got no chips, salsa or sauce with it. The severs name was Tim. Very poor customer service. I will be going to pluckers in the future.

Its a pretty great place to eat with pretty charming staff, sometimes the wait is a little longer than I would like, but really the staff are good people, theyll talk to you like youre a person if you treat them like one. Once I caught them sneaking a game of tag between the waiters, They let little kids play the sneaky little game too once they caught on. A good time was had by all. I fully recommend this place.

Came here during lunch with co-workers. Seating was quick and painless. I ordered the boneless lunch special which normally is a safe bet. This time around the pieces were smaller and there is more batter than chicken, as if I got the pieces at the bottom of the bag. The wait time for the food to arrive also took over 15 minutes. 2 stars off for the long wait time and smaller pieces of the boneless chicken.

Placed an order online for pickup (1.5 hr notice). We waited 20 minutes for our order once we got there. When we did receive our order, it was wrong. After 5 more minutes to fix our order we could finally leave. After all if this we get home and all the food was cold. Will not be eating here again. Very disappointing.

From what Ive heard, what these guys call "ice cream" isnt. I also ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad -- the "chicken" that came with it looked and tasted like bread (LOL!). Otherwise, the food and the atmosphere were great. Their tablet games are fantastic! I love "Six" (a Trivial Pursuit knockoff) and poker in particular.

Usually this place gets 5 out of 5 stars but I just went and my service was terrible our server was dillion I dont recommend him what so ever if he is my server again I will just walk out and not even order. my food was just Luke warm the fries were old. Just an all around terrible experience.

The wings are tasty. Dont watch a sporting event here though. Theyll only serve you a couple of beers no matter how long the event is, and once they stop serving you alcohol the server will completely ignore you, not even coming by to serve water or take additional food orders.

Ordered wings. Waited and drove 20.miles. Got to the counter and the apologized and said they didnt have my order ready because they were out of a flavor Why not call and let me know in advance. Poor execution of service. Headed to wing stop.

Never been here, stopped at the door when I saw a sign posted that Buffalo Wild Wings BANS guns on the premises. Free to do that but clearly not a Second Amendment supporting establishment and so I wont be supporting them with my business.

Great food boneless wings are my favorite sometimes the service is really slow Ive been there four 15 min before I got my drink order and sometimes they dont put hardly enough sauce on the bless wings dont know about the traditional ones

Skip this and go to the Plano location. Sydney was a terrible server and managers did nothing. She was standing in the back smoking weed. The smell was unbearable. We had to walk out.

The waiting staff isnt always great, but the management is usually really good at watching out for any slacking, so things get done. The food is always great and reasonably prompt.
