Cicis is obviously not known for artisan/gourmet pizza. The food at this location certainly lives up to their reputation of having cheap, below average pizza served in an unappealing environment which bombards your senses with regret. However, the service provided by the store manager at this location exceeds most any customer service I have received in a restaurant environment. The manager is genuine with his concern for your satisfaction throughout your dining experience, he encourages his staff while working right along side them, and the other employees are just as centered around customer service. I willfully admit, that as an executive who was indulging in my secret desire to gorge on substandard pizza in search of comfort, I found myself wanting to steal the manager away from Cicis. My colleague and I commented that finding folks with such passion is rare these days. I will return, if not for the lackluster pies, at least for the phenomenal customer experience!

This is by far the best cicis pizza that Ive been to in Dallas. Today is Sunday and its super busy and packed and yet the staff is doing everything to make sure everything is running smoothly. I love the most how both managers greet and are helpful with the us the customers. Especially the very tall one with black hair slicked back (dont know his name) he greets the customers not only when coming in but when we leave after every customer leaves he says "bye thank you" & the rest of his staff follows with the same thing after him, I think its awesome. Hes very helpful with asking if we are okay, hands us napkins & even plates. The staff is friendly to be in this kind of neighborhood. I highly recommend anyone to eat at this location great job you guys! Ive been coming here for years and plan to keep coming back

This is crowded place hardly any room to walk around little kids running a much and the food just sucked hardly any topping on the pizzas no taste to it at all and they get u on the drinks there 2.00 put it at 18:00 for two people and for that is just better ordering at home from place that cars about there jobs and doing stuff right but if like bread u will love cicis because thats all u get is bread with a very little as possible toppings

I I ordered a pizza in the Buffet & I was waiting for it the whole time until my family finished eating & I went to ask for it & I thought I would get it after waiting 20 more minutes so I went to ask for it again & told me they had lost the paper.Another thing is that now they expect you to pick up your trash.It was always great before .Well almost .Because its normal to bring a pizza you ordered in 15 min.

Very busy, always packed, but there are always seats. Lots of food on hand and being cycled, so it is easy to get what you want. I am giving it two stars because there was a little boy picking on my kid in the game area. It is like a little Mexico, and I am Mexican, so not racist =-) I love it that there are my people in there, all polite and proper, just a different type of Cicis. I still like it.

Received Excellent Service from Mgr. Hector, he was very attentive to all of my familys needs, brought us refills and brought us the cinnamon rolls to our table . The food here is Excellent and its always fresh. My family and I had a great experience we will definitely come back and eat here. Thank you Hector, for your Great Service.

Best Cicis I have been to, the manager is like the energizer bunny, they greet you, they make sure all items are on the buffet and available and immediately replace empty pizza pans with fresh hot pizzas. Even the salad bar was neat and clean. I will return often.

This cicis location use to be a great one. I dont know what happened to the old management who use to go above and beyond to make your visit a great one. Now you get old stale pizza and horrible very unprofessional service. Will not be coming back.

I normally hate CiCis with a passion, but this locations service is awesome. Not enough to make me come without being dragged by family, but to quote another reviewers eloquence: "there [sic] pizza taste [sic] like dick but the service is great!"

Its basically all you can eat chi Chis for low price when you enter make sure and tell the cashier Buenos nalgas its customery and if its night time say buwnos panoches you get more chi Chis pizza thiway hey who doesnt love chi Chis right!????

While CiCis is not a gourmet restaurant, this place had the best service I have ever seen at a pizza joint. The manager was very nice and offered to make any pizza I wanted. I was very impressed by the way I was treated as a customer.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and this place was *packed*. Nevertheless, the staff did a great job keeping the place clean and getting tables ready. The food was hot and requests were served super quick. Wed definitely return.

Bathrooms dirty. Usually crowded. Dishes arent really properly clean either. And wen they run out of food they are pretty slow. Kids work their so i expect that but they should be trained to be a little more profesional

Its horrible place to eat. Dirty floors with food, no food available and tables are not clean. We had to clean it by ourselves. Hate the experience. Wont come back again.
