We went to pizza hut this Sunday because the real pizza places were closed. We asked if we could sub poppers for chicken for the sampler appetizer. We were told NO YOU CANNOT. Never asked for refills, never asked if we need napkins and actually watched the waitress wipe down clear off a table before going to get the refills we asked her to get! We sat and watched her clean up the empty table before getting our drinks! We were 1 of 3 other tables in the restaurant. Food was good, service was BAD

The pizza was good the restaurant was understaffed also it says it is closed today on Google but it is not the Buffet was closed when we got there but was still having all the Food sitting out an hour later their boneless wings with teriyaki sauce was so overpowering it almost makes you want to puke we did not eat them nor did they give us a refund but we got 20% off the price.

The server was very short with us and walked away before we finished placing our order. She immediately sat down, got on her phone and started gossiping loudly with other employees instead of checking on her customers. She shouted across the establishment to ask if we were done... then rudely asked if she could "handle" our check! Very disappointed with the service!

I ordered...my wings werent brought...i waited another hr..still no wings. Called,they didnt even go out...needless to say after 2 hrs they being my wings annnnddd then try to charge me another $9 for them after i already paid...this is the 2nd time in 5 days my order was messed up..will not be orderin from here no more!!

If I could put less than one, I would have! Its a long story, but ultimately we had to leave after notifying them to have our pizza ready. What a bunch of morons. Still going to write Pizza Hut. Apparently thats the only recourse if you have a complaint.

They shouldnt even be open for a buffet. All they had was dried up Pizza with meat. No salad. Bar because they didnt get the salad bar unit yet. Come on manager you didnt even have straws for beverages. Youre giving Pizza Hut a bad name!

It was a horrible experience. Placing our order. The girl was very rude and disrespectful. Then when we got there we were over charged and to top it all off when we got home our chicken was over cooked

Great job on the remodel that just finished Spring 2017. Clearly the nicest Pizza Hut we have ever been to. Same great staff as before the remodel and the Pizza Hut food I have enjoyed for 30 years.
