Well... Lets see. I walked in with work clothes on to get an online order. The snotty kids at the hosts podium didnt want to speak to me. So I finally engaged them and asked where I could go to get an online order. The little girl replied, "I dont know, but heres a menu." I told here that I had already placed an order, and only needed to pick up the order. To which she replied, "Just go over by the bar" , they will help you. End.. The Bartender.... Possibly the nicest person working at this particular place. Cordial, welcoming, and attentive. He promptly asked me if he could help me, All the while smiling. I got my information and promptly went to get my order. He soon came back out of the kitchen, and said, "Your order will be right out sir" Than you Mr Bartender,... You may be the saving grace for this place. END To the girl who brought out my order, who seemed shed rather be eaten by fire ants, who acted as if working was an inconvenience for her, You may have had a long day at work, That , I can understand. As someone who works a minimum of 12-15 hours daily 6-7 days a week, I UNDERSTAND, but friendly customer service is you job priority. The low sighs of aggravation when a customer asks a question, not appreciated. END Once I got my food, I wanted to make a swift exit from this ,less than welcoming, place. four FOUR kids were just standing at the podium as an elderly couple were leaving. Not one of them had the respect to open the door and hold it for them. REALLY!!! ?? They were too busy snickering amongst themselves to be bothered with the people who make sure their bosses can pay their lazy a$$e$. END The food,, Ive had better microwaved lasagna, than the Classico Lasagna they served, the soups were incorrect. My advice to the Bartender ( short haired white guy with the short beard that was working Saturday night) RUN....RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You can do WAAAAY BETTER

I think I have officially given up on Olive Garden, especially this location. The atmosphere and food left a lot to be desired. Where to begin? After being seated, I noticed this foul, stale stench in my nostrils. I couldnt tell if the table had been wiped down with a sour cloth or what. Later on into the meal I realized the smell was coming from the nasty, gnarly carpet. WHY would a restaurant decide to place CARPET on the floors?? Waiters and guests drop food, spill drinks, etc. Its guaranteed to happen...Unless there is regular cleaning scheduled, this makes no sense. By the smell coming up from the floor it was obvious the carpet hadnt been cleaned in a long while- if ever. It made eating my food unpleasant. About the food: The breadsticks were luke warm, on the hard/chewy side, and tasted very bland. I ordered the Tilapia and Shrimp with steamed broccoli. The entree was not very good. The shrimp was pale white/undercooked in appearance and the broccoli was WAY overcooked. It was literally falling apart from the fork. It was soft, soggy, and had no crunch to it. The waiter was ok, but since he was new, he didnt know much about the customer rewards program the hostess told us to ask our server about when she seated us. Seems like if your hostess is going to refer you to your waiter for questions about the restaurants initiative, servers would at least be trained on that and be able to answer questions. The tablet at our table for enrolling us in the program was broken and didnt work. I thought Olive Garden was re-branding and making positive changes?? Overall, this is not the first mediocre to bad experience Ive had at this Olive Garden, so this visit will definitely be my last.

The food there is delicious. The drinks are icy cold and sweet. The calamaris are crispy, juicy, and tasty. I’ve had the chicken alfredo and I absolutely love it. I love their creamy sauce with the tender chicken mixed in with the pasta. I definitely recommend it. I love how the food they have is meant for the general public and how you can get whatever they have, and it’s still wonderful. Their quality and service are a dream come true, 87 out of 10. The cleanliness is flawless, as soon as you leave the store the tables are almost clean. As soon as you walk in, the tables are ready for you to sit. They attend you fast and they serve your food just the way you like it. The restaurant overall is efficient and smoothly structured. The prices are a little high, but it´s definitely worth it, every penny is worth for the delicious food they serve. Overall , the dining experience is wonderful. I love going there, it´s like food heaven. It´s paradise.

Normally I love Olive Garden, but this location is not great at all. The food had gotten everyone sick for a few days. The main course meals were lukewarm. Only got one salad and the bread sticks were of zero flavor :( We tried the desserts, a few of them, the chocolate lasagna didnt have much of a flavorful taste to it. The donuts were of bland taste. The cheesecake however was really really good. The crust was of great flavor and the cheese part was thick but not too thick and it was flavorful! The waiter I had either was new st this establishment or new to waitering in general, he could have been better but he wasnt horrible. The place was clean, bathrooms too, thats a plus. Reason for a 1 is because the food gave us food Posioning. I will NEVER go back to this location.

As soon as we walked in we got a very good great then while the hosts was taking us to a very big table just for 2 people and a baby thats under 2, we told her we would like a both she replied it would be a safety hazed so we understood then we tried to get a smaller table that would feel a little more cozy, she still tried to sit us in the big table so we asked for a manger, I was standing by a table that was in the middle of one of these section and she said it was fine then, we got the high chair but it was not an functional, I went to the front to ask if they can get me another one, just found the manger and 2 or 3 hosts were taking about us didnt like that much and I asked for another chair .... first time this happens wow never going to this location

I ordered food to go first they couldnt find the ordered i called in then my food wasnt very hot when I got home also on the create a sampler Italiano I got only 9 calamari 2 cheese sticks and 4 stuffed mushrooms the chicken Alfredo was blan it tasted like water the chicken was tough and my boyfriends meatballs were over cooked I asked for fresh grated cheese before I left the girl said theres cheese in the bag is might as well had a green tube of kraft. I called to complain the manager was a bit snobby and rude and stated it was close to closing no offer to remake my order another day olive garden in addison is slipping down a slippery slope they need new managers and staff training on how to talk to customers
