Every time I have been they are friendly. They always make sure you know how the process works. Its a build-a-burger joint and gives a lot of topping options. The fries are cooked in peanut oil if I recall right and there are for sure peanuts there while you wait (be aware if you have peanut allergies). They give a generous portion of fries. Its a bit spendier for a fastfood joint, but you definitely get your value for it.

Went there for the first time today and wasnt very impressed. The burger patty was extremely thin, the cheese was not melted and the fries were soggy with little flavor. I did appreciate that the veggies on the burger were fresh and not paper thin but when the tomatoe slices are thicker than the patty.... it wasnt worth our money.

This place has the best customer service anywhere. I have eaten in 5guys restaurant in close to 12 different locations in 4 different staes. If you say you dont like the burger they will ask you why and in most cases fix you a new one. The food is not cheap but well worth the money. Great food and great employees.

Waaay too expensive for what you get. 16.21 for a bacon cheese burger with fries and a drink. Also they take forever to get your food, and the bathroom had no paper towels to dry your hands.... burger was good though, but I could of went to hardies and spent half that and got more and have it taste just as good.

Five guys is a great place to grab a burger and fries. The food was very good. I am a sucker for smash fries though so when I have to choose Smashburger generally gets my business. Five guys is still a great place to grab a burger, have gone back and will go back again.

A little spendy for a burger joint, but the serving sizes are good. I love Bacon, but wasnt a fan of it here. . . However, I do love their BBQ Sauce. The service is pretty quick and you can see them make it from scratch right in front of you.
