First off, I will start with how delicious the burgers are here! But what I really want to focus on is the amazing staff that represents this burger joint. I am from Montreal, Canada and was driving down to Boston for a weekend get away, and decided to stop at Five Guys in Lebanon as a small pit stop to eat and stretch out before continuing the drive to Boston. I arrived at my hotel in Boston around 11:30 pm on Friday July 22nd, when I realized I had left my purse on the back of my chair 2 hours out in Lebanon. I quickly called Five Guys and was told they found my purse and had it in a safe and I could drive back in the morning to retrieve it. Drove back two hours the following morning to get my purse which nothing was missing from. My purse was leather from Italy, and inside was 400 US dollars, my complete wallet, passport, and a pouch with all my jewellery. I want to thank the staff at Five Guys for being helpful and for demonstrating that there are honest people in the world. THANK YOU.

This place is terrific. My friends have told me a lot about this place and they are so right. The hamburger is amazing. Dont be surprise with little cheese burger because it is so not little. Everything listed little is so not little and they are all so delicious. I would rate the hamburger 7.5/10. You choose the hamburger and all topping are free. Same to drinks. Free refills with coke. The staffs are very nice and fast. No much wait time. Tables are clean. Totally come back this place.

Consistently awesome. Friendly and fast service. Great burgers. The fries are always perfect and abundant. Their new shakes are a nice addition to the menu with many flavors to choose from. And the bathrooms are always clean. What more could you ask for?

This is the best quick place for burgers and fries in the Upper Valley. My kids prefer this over all other fast food, so much so that theyre spoiled. In fact, if we cant go to Five Guys, they usually just prefer to go home to eat.

The fries are great. But, they are very expensive. This is a save for a special occasion treat. The burgers and dogs are not as good as Burger King or McDonalds and are almost triple the price.

This place has recently decided to up sell at the counter as if I dont know what Im ordering. They should instead work on cleaning the restroom, maybe get the dried feces off the toilet seat.

Great basic greasy burgers. Yum. Mediocre fries. Why is it so hard to get them CRISPY??? Even after asking for them well-done, theyre brown, but mushy. I think the oil is too old?
