Employees were very rude at serving plates they were ready to go and trying to rush your ordering. They made faces as others walked in to dine-in as well. Noodles were old and dry, they had like 2 trays with food. We arrived about 8:40 lobby closes at 9 and drive thru at 9:30. They had to make my chicken fresh they also had to make my husband and son beef and broccoli since the little left was super old and cold on my plate, they didnt even fully cook the broccoli. While we were still eating I got up to refill my drink they had already emptied the sweet tea so I had to get a soda. It wasnt even 9 yet and the lady went and locked the door so nobody else would come in. A car drove up prior to 9 and ladies didnt even bother to let them in. We went to the restroom which was disgusting paper all over the place and no toilet paper at all. This Panda Express put a horrible taste in my mouth. We will never go back again.

I came 30 minutes before closing time, the only reason I came was because I was craving Honey Walnut Shrimp. They told me they only had 3 types of food left, and honey walnut shrimp wasnt one. I drove 30 minutes to this location and I didnt get what I wanted. Such a shame and also the other day I ordered a plate with honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken and rice. I wanted to order an extra side of honey walnut shrimp and they charged me $4.75 which Im not complaining because I only eat fast food once a month. Turns out I was only suppose to be charged $1.25 and the manager said he couldnt refund me.

I worked at panda express and I know that they mix their old food with the new food. Ive heard about complaints of food poisoning from customers and close friends. They didnt let us in because the food was "reserved for drive through" I get that. She said they cooked the food at 8:45. Cool. I was gonna order drive thru anyway but wanted to take a look because why am I gonna pay almost 20 bucks for food they mix with old food. I wanted to see how "fresh" it was. Panda express is pretty gross but I was craving Chinese but whatever. ヽ(*゚ー゚*)ノ

The last time I visited some overweight racist white guy started trouble with me and even pretended being a police officer while showing me his cellphone as a "badge." The whole time he kept tossing racial slurs and threatening with "braking my arm" none of the staff working bothered to call the actual police, they actually laughed when I asked for help. Not bothering going back to such deplorable place where customer safety is something to laugh at.

This was not the first time they try and give me old food. I went to dine-in, they were out of broccoli-beef, and had old orange chicken. Even after I asked for fresh orange chicken, the mgr placed the old orange chicken on my plate,was it by accident? I dont now, but they should of never had that old dark orange chicken out there. I got mad an canceled the order. I wonder how many times drive-thru customers get old nasty food from this location.

I ordered with the drive thru, Victoria needs improvement with her customer service skills. She never smiled or greeted me, only treated me like another number. She made a mistake on my order even though I followed the easy order instructions and was very clear. She fixed her error but offered no apology. She made me feel as though it was my error. My first impression of Panda Express was that the staff had poor interpersonal skills.

they were about to close but I ordered two plates of orange chicken n rice. The guy at the window was rude.When I got home one plate was full of nothing but rice! So I called the next day spoke w the manager and he acted like it was my fault for not checking the order!!! Wasnt happy havent gone back dont think I ever will I was disgusted at how they acted

Wanted to celebrate a special family occasion and they said they were closed and they had a softball team inside and we just wanted 4 plates to take out and they didnt want to give us any service. Then we went to the drive thru Nd they said they were having problems with the kitchen and they were closed. Time was 8:30 and they closed at 10pm that day.

Went to hv lunch after church... We found a hair in our food after the first bite... We called the manager over he immediate asked if we wanted something else... Of course we dont... While he was getting our refund, we keep looking through our plates... We found ANOTHER hair... We will definitely NOT eat there again...

I when around 9:10pm and waiting on the drive-thru for a long time they told me that they run out of FRIED RICE and CHOW-MEIN and no more service because they were about to close.. not even the closing time yet and they didnt want to cook some more.. lazy people and rude as hell..

Decent food but service is seriously lacking. Angry manager and cashier that my card wouldnt swipe after telling them to slow down multiple times. Also just asked for my sauce on the side and the manager got offended and snippy in response.

I have been going to that restaurant since I have moved here 2 yrs ago and I have never been disappointed. Food was alway fresh and hot. Will keep going there as long as it stays that way. The employees have always been very nice.

Awful service, upon entering there was no greeting, stood at the front of the line. She sat arounder finning with cups and bags until she looked over and noticed I was waiting. They didnt have chopsticks! Wont be coming back.

Went for lunch on a weekday and it was pretty busy. Lots of people go here on their lunch hour. Service was pretty fast for such a crowded day. Food was great.

Sucks. Chinese buffet has more options for less money. Food here is bland. Try tons Mongolian grill in Mansfield...fresher, cheaper, all you can eat.
