I absolutely love Publix cakes, theyre delicious. So I had to choose Publix for my wedding cake. I chose a beautiful 3 tiered square cake with buttercreme roses around each level. The cake was in fondant. However, when it arrived at my wedding, it was crushed on one side the fondant didnt reach all the way around, the roses were smashed. It looked like it had been though A LOT. Thankfully, however, my florist covered all the damage with real flowers and I didnt even notice until someone had told me, although I did notice something was odd about it. It was, delicious, however and none of my guests noticed how ugly it once was. We brought the pictures into Publix and they said that was completely unacceptable and gave us a full refund.

Always friendly employees, who will go out of their way to help you. I never feel harassed at check out about if I want to donate, if I have a reward card, or I have used some service of theirs. Those tactics always make those stores seem so desperate. The food at the deli and bakery is better than some restaurants. Their fried chicken for example is better than those fast food chicken places. Keep up the good work Publix.

I love Publix, not the prices but their service. This Publix is the worst I have ever been into. I live right around the corner but travel all the way across town to go to the one off of 54. The employees here are horribly rude, and every time I give it another try it gets worse. Service so bad I will never go back to this Publix.

Very clean, very beautiful publix. But lately every time Ive been Ive had to wait 10 mins with no line for someone to take my order in the deli because theres no one there. Ive definitely walked out a few times because the wait is ridiculous. And 2 people in deli arent very friendly or nice at all!

Where shopping is a pleasure. This is the safest place in Zephyrhills to purchase produce, dairy, and meat products. Also where the ticket was sold for Floridas largest lottery jackpot!
