Bad Service. Ive been eating at Qdoba for years and have spent enough money here to have gotten several free meals through the loyalty program. Ive never had an incident at a Qdoba store until this one. When I walked up to the counter to order, the guy taking orders, "Roberto" walks away. When he finally comes back for the customer behind me, I interrupt and tell him that Im going to order. I order alcohol, he asks for ID with an attitude, I show it. He then tells me that hes not serving alcohol, and that hes off duty so cant take orders. Then he proceeds to serve the customers behind me. Ive never dealt with anyone this rude at any restaurant. The food heres not bad, but hopefully you dont end up with "Roberto" as your server!!

I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle because their selection of ingredients is better. I also like that avocado and queso are included in the price of the burrito ($8) because it comes out cheaper for those who want to get that stuff. I dont like the attitude of the staff. Pretty much every employee will communicate with you as little as possible. They want you gone as fast as possible. They sloppily throw together your burrito as quickly as they can so they can get you away. Ive had many soggy, torn, broken burritos here. The saving grace is the taste. They sure do have great flavor.

I work for a delivery company and like anyone else, we should be treated like customers since were technically there to purchase it. Anyway, this rating isnt about the food, its about the terrible customer service this place has! Cashier was giving me attitude and the person on the line was clearly laughing at me with the other employee. If youre gonna make fun of me at least dont to it in front of my face. I have to come back unfortunately since its my job, but if I could rate 0 stars for them I would. Eat here if you want attitude thrown at your face!!!

Id say the food here was just okay. I got a taco bowl with grilled chicken, salsa rojo, queso, rice, and lettuce. The rice was a bit bland as far as mexican rice goes, I literally couldnt taste the queso, and I was internally screaming when the lady plopped a heaping handful of lettuce on top (ask for light lettuce if you dont want that to be the majority of your bowl). Im not 100% which was better the chicken or the salsa but ooh boy the meat was good! The bowl itself was delicious - fluffy but substantial.

TERRIBLE! Wrapped burrito with guacamole oozing out. I didnt pay for a $9 burrito to have food falling out before my first bite. I couldnt even hold it. Ladies here dont speak english. I ask them for half chicken and half steak, she walks to back and someone else completes her order for me. I dont expect this from a public multi-billion dollar company, owned by Jack in the Box. Then again jack in the box are the people who occasionally forget the bacon in my baconator.

The worst service ever!!! They made a mistake on my food and instead of remaking it correctly they dump it out in a bowl and told me here you go. I aksed for a manager but the person who did it was the manager. She said if they were to remake it that they would have to charge me again even if it was there mistake. The managers name was Alejandra. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are rude and have no sense of customer service!

This restaurant is not bad at all. I think dining here was a good experience and the food was honestly better than La Condesa, I think by far Qdoba is more Tex-Mex, which is nice, because it has a lot of variety that is well known and very delicious. Service was great, very convenient; I would definitely recommend many people that like some Tex-Mex food, to come here! 4 out of 5 stars!

Qdoba is a pretty common hangout for students. The food is comparable to Chipotle, Freebirds, etc. in quality and options. Free guac on the burritos is a big selling point. Great late night food; any other time of day, its probably more expensive than Id be willing to pay for that type of food.

I love Qdoba, and this location is a complete letdown. Food was somehow incredibly flavorless. Even the queso tasted like goo. Staff seemed untrained, and there werent even bathrooms. Huge letdown because I love this chain. Qdoba corporate would be pissed if they tasted this locations food!

Qdoba is great for my late night snack cravings. I have always gotten the burrito which is pretty filling for me but Im not quite sure how filling the quesadilla or Travis would actually be. They have many options and quality food. Its kinda of like chipotle but slightly different.

My favorite place to eat in all of Austin!!! I go to this place nearly everyday after school in order to hook myself up with some good grub. I cant wait till i go back. Im always there for their famous "Burrito Tuesday." The queso is the number one reason why i return!

Everything is extremely sloppy and hard to eat. Ive been a few times when my friends dragged me there, but I consistently have gastrointestinal problems afterwards. At least better 5 restraunts are within a block of Qdoba, so there is never a good reason to eat here.

Qdoba makes absolutely no attempt to properly assemble any of the food they serve. Fortunately it doesnt seem to affect the taste. I usually get the Craft 2 Menu: Mexican Gumbo + 2 Tacos. This place is never busy so you can basically come anytime.

Offering a semi-healthy option compared to to Big Bite, and open until 4 in the morning on the weekends, Qdoba provides an alternative after-party food for those not looking for something entirely centered on grease and fat.

Aside from the hours being great for a college student, Ive found the employees at this location are particularly friendly. The food is good too. I tend to stop by Qdoba much more often than I do the nearby Chipotle.

Good place to get some quick counter-served Mexican-themed food. The quality and quantity of the food is similar to Chipotle but with a much wider selection. One of my favorite items is the Mexican Gumbo.

Qdoba is like an upgraded Chipotle. They actually put food in their burritos. They have a lot of variety and toppings. Its about the same price as Chipotle but better. The burritos are amazing.

Cheaper alternative to Chipotle with more options. Love it when I dont want to feel too terribly about what Ive just eaten. I like that guac doesnt cost extra. Guac is the key to my heart.

Essentially a less expensive, equal-quality Chipotle. You get more food, free guacamole, and one of those cool multi-flavored soda machines. Plus theyre open late. Use the Hooked app!

Three stars because the food is very average a little bit better than Taco Bell but not by much. But the prices are much much higher than Taco Bell and the wait time often is insane.

Qdoba and Chipotle battle it out for the best burrito in West Campus. I personally would vote Chipotle as better, only because I enjoy their meat and veggies more than Qdobas.

The parking lot on the back of the building does not belong to them and right after you turn your back to the vehicle theres a fishy guy running to your car to boot it.
