This place used to be the best not too long ago. We used to come all the time! About 2 months ago things started to change. We would order our fries like usual crispy sometime Cajun. Last time it took them 20 minutes for our fries and they werent even done all the way and had no Cajun. We got a large fry and the container was half full. What? Five guys is known for putting extra in your bag. Now they dont? I pay 4.00 for fries. I figured they were busy so I really didnt complain. So this past time we came and ordered our usual to go and they gave us a small Cajun fry instead of a large we complain and they hand my husband a large regular fry half filled and a side of Cajun seasoning? What!? I could put Cajun on myself at home ! Meanwhile this big African American lady is the manager and when a customer is complaining to her she is disrespectful and got in their face? I gave 2 stars because the burgers are still okay but we arent wasting our money there anymore theres plenty of good burger places in the area that have decent customer service. Shame because the other five guys arent like this especially in Philly.

Item ONE: Allergy Alert. Peanut shells are everywhere. Especially on my table top and in my lap. Now if you are still interested. There is no better burger on the planet. It is hard to eat because the meat tries to escape but if you can hold it together it will be a rewarding experience. Beware. The little burger is quite large. Unless you are a teenager, I recommend against the large. Ten minutes before they were on your table, the fries were still actual potatoes. These are the best and freshest fries you will ever eat. I love the fries but I cant eat a whole order. Dont order a large.

First and last visit to this location. I called my order in to this location (verified over phn). Got to location, no order or recollection of call. Place a to-go order, employees playing as I watch my burger being thrown together. I asked for mayo/ketchup, I get mustard. My "grilled" onions and mushrooms were cold never touched grill, 2 bacon strips were burned. Just disappointed in experience for a $10 bacon cheese burger cold grilled onions/mushrooms no sides or drink.

If youre trying to make it home for Christmas his year, dont bother coming because itll take forever. Ordered a junior cheeseburger at 1:31 (shown on receipt) and Im submitting this review at 1:54 (and my order still isnt ready). I dont care if this burger taste like heaven on a cloud, I waited 20 minutes and my anger has already fueled my appetite. The two ladies behind the counter literally makes these burgers like stacking a house of cards. Slow!

Not really sure about what the hype is, the burger was decent, I got WAY too many fries and the prices were astronomical. My real issue with this location/brand is that they dont have a unique flavor or spin on the classic American burger besides simply making it fresh and messy. I cant bash them too hard though, I ate everything and was satisfied, just didnt feel like it was worth it.

Been to several FG locations and all ways enjoyed it but this one is terrible, ALL the tables were dirty AF and when I ordered my fries extra crispy they said "we dont do that" so I guess they only come extra soggy because thats how they were and I paid 6 bucks for the large fries and they give you half the amount I got at any other location

Id heard a lot of good things about five guys, but it didnt live up to the hype. The food tasted fresh, but bland. It was expensive, at more than $5 for a burger. I could have gone to In-N-Out for a cheaper, better burger. Also, we were the first customers of the day, and there were crumbs on our table from the night before.

Paid 750 for a patti the size of double from mc ds. 4 bucks for med fries. It was wrapped in foil so when I got home 10 minutes later the buns were soggy. Its worth $4 most. For A high end place with high end prices I expect better quality. Buns werent even toasted, plane grocery store buns. Just my opinion.

We seek out Five Guys when traveling, a little more than In N Out Burger but bigger and better. Really tasty hand cut fries. Always outstanding customer service and this location was no exception. I uploaded a picture as it didnt show up when we were searching Google Places.

Great service and great food! The restaurant is very clean and the service is great. I was with a large group on a Sunday night, but the staff were still quick and attentive. The only gripe I have is that the prices are a bit much. The food is very tasty though.

Ill be upfront the food is fantastic. Burgers and fries you cant go wrong. However on more than one occasion my order has been messed up. Wrong burger or wrong shake. The staff seems to have high turnover almost always I newer people.

Pretty good, but nothing special. I dont get the hype. Why pay $7 for a burger here when you can pay half the price for a way better burger at In N Out? Braums sells a burger for $2.50 thats just as good as these. Need I say more?

First at time FG. Nasty! Fifteen minute wait....great anticipation. Burgers were cold and soggy with dressing. American cheese did not even melt. Burger fell apart at first bite. Expensive. Will not go back.

The restaurant was not full at all, but the order was very slow. Several people complained about it. Crew forgot about another customers shake order when the worker at the cashier finished their shift.

Always good burger. No complaints hear. Fries are hit or miss-reason for a 4 star rating. Fries werent crispy and the AMT was less than usual (which my body probably appreciated, but not my wallet)
