When me and my wife come here the service is ok. Maybe its because we go late night. But from what Ive read from reviews it is bad in general. The food is good. The prices are affordable. We always get the personal pan pizzas (2 for $11). The decor is old and outdated for a fast food place. Dont think they do takeout. Their menu is large. If you like good pizza and can tolerate an old decor place than I recommend you come here.

Ordered food from this location about 2 months ago. Food took over an hour to arrive. Here is the worst part which literally made my body cringe. After eating about 6 slices I had noticed something odd baked into the crust of 2 of the remaining slices... It was a HAIR baked into the crust!!! Never again will I eat from this location. I feel sorry for anyone who eats ar this dirty horrible place without reading the reviews.

Service freaking sucks. I dont really post reviews, but Dammit its ridiculous. They tell you about 11 minutes for a simple personal little pizza, and in 11 minutes you gotta wait an extra 10 ... Wtf!? I like the pizza, but those people working there dont even act like they wanna work there. And delivery.. 20 minutes for the order to get done, and an hour to get it home. Bunch of kids working there.

Not enough air circulation & also poor air conditioning, floor was dirty and had alittle garbage on the floor. Place smelled like nothing should smell like Pizza &/or Brownies. I decided to NOT purchase Brownies at least the Brownie size portion looked like I should go back and give it another chance just hope next time theyll address my above comments.

I hate this place so much with a passion. I used a book it Pizza Hut coupon for a free personal pan pizza and its says also with 1 topping so I order with extra cheese for a topping and then they say it doesnt count as a topping charge me $1.09 for the extra cheese and when I come home there was no extra cheese! I would give it 0 stars if I could!

Refused to deliver in my area set only 1 mile. This is ridiculous for a pizza place to have such a short distance. Also the representative was not helpful was a professional literally acted like they were bored on the phone. They need to have another Pizza Hut actually delivers in Elmhurst New York

Make sure the order is correct when it gets to your house.......they forget stuff at the store. why the delivery driver dont check there order twice before they leave the store. I first time ordered from there and it was not a good experience.

Made an online order and delivery scheduled for 30-40 minutes. Pizza was delivered in 20 mins. The dough was still raw and uncooked. Toppings were dripping to the sides. Fell sick. Never ever going to order again from there.

Probably the only Pizza Hut in my area that get their bread sticks right. Never had any complaints here about the food, except the bathroom is sometimes out of service or in a poor condition, so its best to avoid using it.

Ive only been here for take out so I cant say much about the seating, although it did look limited in there. The pizza itself was good as Pizza Hut pizzas usually are and they had my order ready quickly.

You are told to wait 15 minutes. You get your pizza after about 45 minutes, while the staff doesnt seem to be working. Hell I could do the pizza myself in less than 20 minutes. Such a joke

Terrible store. Does not accept any corporate text message coupons from Pizza Hut. Dont waste your time. The Rego Hut Dominos is actually great for Dominos, so try them instead.
