I know Pizza Hut is a Chain,but this restaurant is by far the worst. I ordered my pizza for delivery at 6:42pm , my Pizza wasnt suppose to arrive until 8:19pm.That is an unacceptable time to have to wait for a pizza. My pizza did however arrive early at around 7:45pm.. I cant help but think thats because I live only about 3miles away from the location. Long story short my pizza arrive not full cooked, I called and was told a manager would call me back shortly. I never received a call back, so I called again saying Id like to bring the pizza back for a refund. Once I arrived the lady at the counter seemed as if I was bothering her due to the fact that I no longer wanted the pizza but prefer my money back. I showed her the pizza and she said it was due to the "Alfredo sauce"! My pizza dough was raw! But she blamed it on the sauce.. smh Ive never had a problem with Dominos! Ill just stick with them id prefer to spend $30 on a good pizza not a raw one. I dont normally complain,but I was highly annoyed.

Place was clean and well maintained. We ordered a pizza and bread sticks. The order took longer to arrive than our usual visits to pizza hut and it came out just barely warm. We had to go up front and ask for silver ware. The waiter was not very attentive and they were not very busy. He never came back to the table after bringing out the pizza and we waited about 10 min after we were finished to get the check and a take home box. Not one of our better experiences at a Pizza Hut. We normally have great service at Pizza Hut. This one may not be managed the best. The pizza did taste good, would have been better hot.

Went in and stood at the hostess ( Please wait to be seated) podium. The waitress walked right through without even acknowledging me and went to check out a customer. Note: There was already someone there checking him out. Now both people are there and no one is seating or acknowledging customers waiting to be seated. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I went someplace else to eat.the place had very few customers with plenty of empty tables... No surprise!

I would give this place zero stars, but thats not an option. I order my pizza at 9:00pm and it is now 12:30 am and I still do not have the pizza. This shows the lack of communication and poor customer service this Pizza Hut has. The funny thing is that it is only 5 minutes away from the resort I am staying at. I would night not recommend this place.

You will go thru a call center that will royally screw up your order. Then after waiting for 2 hours they will offer you half off. But only if you call 3 times to get thru to a manager. Which by the time that happens your order has mystically changed to carry out, even though the second time they told you a exact time of how late the pizza was.

No one to seat us----waited. no server for 10 min--waited ordered-- took 35 min to get a sandwich no bill brought to the table---went to cash reguster----waited took 10 min to get to register, with 4 people in front of me ---waited bill not at register-- waited till server found in kitchen HORRIBLE SERVICE 3x in a row WILL NOT GO BACK

Doesnt deliver 2.5 miles so had to call back for carry out. Said it would take 15 minutes and we waited at least 30. They use a call center, which might account for the confusion on what qualifies as the area in which they deliver. Definitely would not recommend strictly based on customer service.

Do not order delivery from this store. Waited 2 1/2 hours was then asked to a another 30 minutes with no compensation offered. Calling the phone number is no help because it is a call center. After 3 phone calls they transferred me directly to the store.

My server Brooke was amazing! Even with a busy crowd she didnt miss anyone, all by herself. The food was great. Has someone who eats lunch out every day this was the most pleasant lunch experience in some time. Hats off Pizza Hut Aransas Pass!

When we went in there they put us in a very awkward spot near thuggish teenagers they kept gossiping about everyone in the restaurant EVEN ME!! The food was excellent but NOT THE SERVICE!! SHAME ON THEM FOR PUTTING US ON THAT SPOT!!

This Pizza Hut cant deliver 3.5 miles away. Dont waste your time ordering from them if you want delivery. Called Dominoes, they were 5.9 miles away and they had no problem delivering to me, plus same exact order was $10 less.

The Buffett is terrible. Only pepperoni and sausage. No full breadsticks. No real silverware. I tried to request a different pizza but the lady responded "thats too expensive for the Buffett". $2.80 for a drink.

Very dirty. Told the manager about how dirty it was and he said he would have someone clean up. They were not busy and we ate there. By the time we left, nearly an hour later, it was worse.
