Today was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and it was a very bad experience. Their customer service is really bad. I called spoke to somone places an order for delivery and the guy said 30 - 35 mins. It was almost an hour and i still didnt get my order. So i decided to call them again to check how long my order would be. This time i spoke to a girl she said they dont delivery and she does not have an order for me. So i said what do u mean. I called this exact number and placed an order for delivery and they told me 30 mins. She said we dont do deliveries but i might have spoken to the call center. Call center I said? What do mean I know I placed an order for delivery and I was told 30 mins and plus I paid with my credit card, what becomes of that. She said try call again I might get connected to the call center, which I did and I spoke to a different person this time and when I explained whats going on here said we dont so deliveries, so I said well I paid u guys over the phone and I was told my pizazz would be delivered. He starts yelling and say well u wait u wait and hangs up the phone. Now i.frustrated with them. So I call the number once agian and spoke to the same girl what told me to try valuing back the call center. She was no help. She said there is nothing she can do. I said can I speak to a.manager? She said I am the manager. And then I said to her.well ur service is the worst I have had and will report them because they charge.me and I didnt even get my order..

This use to be my usual pizza hut and by usual I mean as often as a pizza lover eats pizza. Until just recently. I dont know if they hired new employees or what but their food and service has gone to crap. Everytime I order now, they either mess it up or leave an item out. Tonight, they forgot an order of wings. I called the first time and as im talking the girl hung up on me. I called back and talked to her about the situation, nicely and calmly. She askrd for a ticket number repeatedly which would be on the reciept we were never given. I tried reading the njmber from my reciept from ordering on line. She was giving me hell as if I was trying to get free food. It took 10.minutes on the phone with her for her to come bck on and say "yeah we found your wings, you can come pick it up" ... Like no apology, no offer of compensation like delivery. (. 2miles)No care in the world. So we got in our car and drove back while the rest of the food sat home and got cold... This is not the first time this kjnd of situation happened with the last month.. But it sure is my last. I will order from the pizxa hut 10 miles away instead of.02 away.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. I think I enjoyed it more back then though. We came for my brothers graduation last Friday, terrible idea! There were so many boys and girls coming to celebrate their graduations. We came for the buffet which is ridiculously cheap, I think its $5.99 for lunch buffet. The buffet basically is a salad bar and a pizza bar that is continuously refilled with if fervent types of pizza. There wasnt a wait because we arrived relatively early. But the service wasnt the best from what I remember. It took almost a half an hour for our drinks to reach the table and forget about a refill! I went to the front and brought my cup because I cant go without water for very long. Generally service is good but they were really busy. If you want unlimited and cheap pizza this is the place to go.

The tables were dirty and sticky. The menus were also dirty. The staff didnt smile at all and only complained to other staff members. The area behind the salad bar had a layer of dust why???. This place needs to have a surprise Vist by corporate. When asked for a refill they only filled it half way. Terrible place I would never visit again. Staff were placing forks and knives right just across from my table very unprofessional. Forks fell on the ground in the restaurant and were picked up and placed back on the table. I dont recommend this place. Needs new management and a visit. ..

for a business meeting, we went to pizza hut and had very delicious pizza suitable for our work. i took the first bite and it was delicious! the place was clean and our food came fast. we ordered pepperoni. the crust was crunchy and well-cooked! the cheese was perfectly melted onto the sauce. the only problem is very small. ordering online or on the phone is much harder than it should be. but otherwise, the place itself is a great place to have a nice, fast slice!

nice big place but not enough tables, the wait was over 15 mins, there was food on the floor, 1 table in the dining area was used to store pizza boxes, there was also pizza boxes in the corner of the dining area, there was no salad in the salad bar (had to request salad to be put in). need more employees to work in the dining area, 1 table was left dirty for 10 mins after the customers had left meanwhile people were still waiting to get seated

How you supposed to tell ME that a pizza place dont deliver. I am APPALLED that such an establishment would carry out business in such a way. I have ordered and received deliveries from pizza huts all around the world, including parts of nyc. Please see that this is addressed, because I refuse to go out of my way to dine at your restaurant when I as a customer have not received proper service.

Seeing a Pizza Hut after 6hours of driving was a major relief for me and the group... we were 11 people all in all in a van, with two kid and two teenagers. we couldnt find any decent place to eat and we were starving after the white-river rafting on our way to Passikuda. Pizza Hut was there,... we ate our hearts out... it seemed like the best Pizzas ever... but yet again we were starving

I must say i love pizza hut pizza and the one thing about this location is they almost never mess up an order, i did day almost! But other than the fact they dont deliver or sometimes dont have certain specials as advertised on tv their prices would vary because of that but i really like this location. 3 stars given for no delivery & not participating with all advertisements

It was terrible. I ordered carryout online, and I gave them additional time so I would not have to wait. But, I paid and they didnt tell me that they had a mix up. So after waiting 45 minutes in total, I asked for my money back, but they tried very hard not to give it to me. After minutes of arguing, they finally gave me my money back. Just dont go there.
