This is the worst place Ive ever worked at.PLEASE HELP ME PROTEST HENDERSON CHICKEN ON GRAND THEY HAVE RAW EXPOSED CHICKEN THATS OUT OF DATE . THE OWNER LINDA HENDERSON OS A CROOK SHE WORKS HER LESS fortunate EMPLOYEES FOR LESS THAN HAN MINIMAL WAGES AND THEY FIRE THEM WHEN THEY COMPLAIN. YES I KNOW YOU THINK THE CHICKEN IS GOOD BUT SHE ALLOW THE GREASE TO BE CHANGE ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS . SO THAT SHE CAN SAVE MONEY AT THE CUSTOMER EXPENSE. WOW SO IN REALITY SHE ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND NOT YOUR HEALTH. THE CHICKEN IS OLD AND ALWAYS ANOVE 69 DEGREES AND DOESNT CAREOF YOU DIE ARE GET FOOD POSING. YOUVE BEEN WARNED EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE WORST SERVICE IVE ENCOUNTER IN MY 18 YRS OF WOKING. This was the best place once upon a time with great friendly customer service when it was own by the Henderson family. Now the business is going down because it was stolen from a money hungry greedy lady by the name of Linda through a divorce. She need to give back the family business that she stole from the Henderson Family so it can be like it used to be with great fresh food and great friendly fast customer service. The business and franchise is going down slowly. Got an owner who is very rude, obnoxious, and arrogant to get customers as well as employee. If she didnt still the Henderson Family Chicken business this would be a nationwide business and up there with the other chicken places such as KFC, Popeyes, and Churchs Chicken

Yes, Yes, Yes I will suggest you check this establishment out. This chicken and fries are good and hot there is only one set back they do not put enough pickles and jalapeno peppers in a family order. Ive gone to Hendersons Chicken since my teenage years but at the main location further into South Dallas. 1 month ago when I visited the location directly across from R.L. Blues near The Fair Park it was NOT a disappointment I will definitely visit again and tell others.

Best people and the fried chicken is down home cooking. We went to sons of Hermann hall to watch r&b and they served fried chicken and fries. It was so good! I could not believe they showed back up before the show ended and brought more fried chicken! Amazing experience and not only can they cater but they have many locations to visit. The grand ave location is my preferred. I saw familiar faces when they catered!

I LOVE this location!! Its just like the one that closed on Hatcher, I live in Richardson and I drive to the south for THIS chicken!! Ive tried a few of the Henderson closer to my area and they were NOTHING like MY original Henderson on Hatcher... Great Chicken, great fried, and they get the right (crunchy) pickles (most of the time). This location reminds me of my childhood, the REAL HENDERSON!

I love their chicken but, now the pieces are much too small. I remember when they would give u and extra piece if they were small. Thats not happening any more plus, now they take 1 chicken back ant cut into 4 pieces. So if u order chicken backs u are getting ripped off. 4 piece back is really 1 whole chicken back

Worst service I ever received the lady was rude and I had to wait an hour to get a whole chicken and liver. The chicken wasnt fresh.They use the same utensil for every thing that very unhealthy.. thats cross contaminating..The lady also ran Out of change I definitely wont be back there EVER AGAIN!!!

Worst experience EVER ! Was craving this delicious smell due to me being 4months pregnant. Ordered 2 thighs and they gave me whatever they wanted . On top of that my food was old and hard ! Payed $10.00 for food I didnt ask for or eat . A waste of time and money .

I placed an order for gizzards at 4:30 and was told i would have to wait 15 mins so they could clean the grill...when he finished the girl never put my order in so i was just sitting here. ..i didnt get my order til 5:15

This chicken is the BEST by far!!!! But sadly my last visit the chicken wasnt the usual CRISPY. But try "baking leftovers" dont preheat @400 for about 10-15mins. Maaaaann it is gUd! Henderson lover since 91

Best fried chicken in all of Dallas bar none! Served with fries, pickles and a big jalapeño. Served perfectly and hot. Love it! Great livers AND gizzards too! No need to go anywhere else for fried chicken.
