BEWARE! HORRIBLE FOOD! This place has changed! SAVE your money and stomach! We have been dinning here since they opened many years ago, this includes my whole family and friends. What we experienced on February 4th 2017 was truly worthy of the worst rating! We ordered 3 dinners to go. To start with, the young waitress, with the short highlighted hair, had a scowl and unfriendly negative attitude, she has been this way for years, and they still allow this. The first dinner Almond Fried Chicken had the texture of raw meat and dryed out rubber, the gravy was jellied, with NO flavor and no salt, the rice flat and tateless! All 3 soups, the egg flower and hot sour had zero taste! Only half a cup, no soup spoons, and sort of like dirty dish water. The second dinner Beef with vegetables had chunks of old flat wet flavorless cheap grizzly meat cut into big inedible hunks not like the quality steak like strips, well cooked and tasty like 3 months before, with lots of varried vegetables and good sauce. The vegetables were reduced to mostly cheap carrot a few bits , one peapod, NO FLAVOR! The fried rice was flat like it had been tossed with diet chicken soup broth. The third dinner the Special Chowmein was FAVORELESS, two shrimp, not prawns, a few nubs of chicken and a few bits of the same horrible meat and the NOODLES were bad! Mushy, huge, dull, NOT Chowmein at all , flat rice. And the potstickers! NASTY! Filled with some kind of cheap pig tripe! And excessive sage, kind of mentholated and like cheap pork parts and burnt. YUCK! It is low grade disgusting food a waste of money and gas and time. Our stomachs were nauseated and much of it was tossed to the crows, we could not wait to brush and sip a soda to cleanse the pallette! Just rude, snotty, arrogant service but quick to take your money. I watched the owner build this place up and it is a shame what has happened! Anyone who is a cook knows better, the food was slopped together with no care. If they had any class they would offer a refund. I saw this place has been listed for sale on the Web. Is it because they are failing with such low standards or they just no longer care because they are selling? Either way it is YUCK! Shame on them! Total disrespect for what they are doing and to the consumer.

First thing, I noticed was their parking lot. It is limited and full of cars. So it gives an indication that customers love what Tai Ho restaurant offers. There are many loyal customers to this restaurant and locals like their food. However, if you have experienced other Chinese foods such as traditional Hunan, Sichuan style, or Korean-Chinese style, this restaurant might not give you the same level of experience to you. Their foods are rather tailored to meet locals’ taste (knowing that where this restaurant is located) and the most customers’ demands. So you may find some cuisines are tasted similar or looked similar each other. For example, if you order America-Chinese Sweet and sour pork dish versus Korean-Chinese Sweet and Sour pork dish (though they should be two different flavor dishes), you will find out that they are almost identical. Their handmade noodles are exceptionally good as any other handmade noodles should be. A chef in glass window demonstrates how to make his handmade noodles. He entertains customers visually and tastefully. Noodles are chewy and delicious. • Service: Below Average • Price: Good price (particularly lunch menu) • Atmosphere: Below average (except the window where customers can see a chef making handmade noodles) • Food Quality: Average • Parking: Very Limited • Avoid factor: I would not recommend this restaurant if you were looking for Korean-Chinese cuisines. Since no other parking lot is near, if the restaurant parking lot is full then, you may have to park your car in unexpected place. • Recommendation: American-Chinese Style Chinese foods. Lunch Specials offer the great price with reasonable food taste.

Really, really mediocre/ just bad Chinese food.... I hadnt been here in years and finally decided to give it another shot (even after being reccomended not to do so by friends). We ordered gyoza, spring rolls, chicken chow mein and beef broccoli. The gyoza was seriously disgusting, you can make better gyoza from the frozen food section. They were completely dry, flavorless and the texture was really undesirable. The spring rolls were also terrible, extremely greasy and almost soggy- Filled with bland, limp vegetables (I think?). The chicken chow mean was just a pile of grease, chicken was bland and only half (if even) of the the container was actually noodles, the rest being more bland, lump vegetables/sprouts. The broccoli beef was OK- still flavorless and soggy but at least it wasnt the worst dish out of the lot. White rice was OK, fortune cookies also OK. Wasted $45 here, but hey, at least the staff was friendly.

I will not return. The food was marginal, but the service was embarrassing. The restaurant was nearly deserted on a Wednesday evening and I was having dinner with six friends. We go out once per month and have for many years. After we had paid our check we were asked to leave- no explanation- just told that they needed the table, which they obviously did not. I called to complain about such rude service and the woman that answered the phone made fun of me to whomever she was talking to and then the waitress told me "I asked you to leave, you could have refused to leave, this isnt my fault, you are the ones who left." I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant ever in my life, ever, and I go out a lot. I will never go there again.

Excellent Everything, Service was A++ first time customers on Friday night, with a child and they were so friendly. Good prices, decent Mai Tai, the chef made noodles and my daughter loved to watch but more important we ate everything on the plate. It was the best chinese food I had on the Eastside since living here 6 years. I wont just be back, Ill be back in 24 hours. I need more of their chow mein of that sesame chicken was bananas and the asparagus chicken special was super fresh and tasty too.

The Kung Pao chicken had a spicy symbol next to it, it was bland and not spicy in the least. The sweet and sour chicken was sweet, there was no sour. The fried rice was steamed rice with a little bit of egg thrown in, there was no flavor or other evidence of the rice being fried. In essence the most bland ethnic food out there. Fair prices is what will keep this place going, thats it. The service also leaves much to be desired. There are other definitely other, better places in nearby Bothell.

On my wifes suggestion, we placed a pickup order today. We tried the mixed lo mein, half a crispy duck, and some spring rolls. The mixed lo mein was the best part of our experience, but not by much. The duck was god awful, I ate two pieces. My wife said that it tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Ive had better Chinese food from Safeways deli that has been sitting out all day.

the lady who sat us and waited on us, I believe the owners wife, was rude. She even ask a disabled woman in a wheelchair to move from where she was sitting saying he was blocking the front door she was sitting actually where are they had a table. the egg flowers soup tasted very bad. I will never go back here again or recommend it to anybody I know
