Well i never write about cervice or anything in a restaurant, but today!! Sunday 4-3-16 ,had the worst experience ordering by the phone. I decided to stay home and order pizza for a really cold day . Placed my order at 4:15 pm . And got it almos 2hrs later. Well , I waited an hour, and though be here "soon " . So I stayed looking out the window, and i see this blue small car pulling off. But driver stayed in the car was on the phone for long time, so i never imagined that this guy had my delivery, so I called the store for the 3 time. I was so frustrated now. So they called the driver to see where he was at. !!! Unbelievable !!! This guy was on his car all this time on his cel phone for at least 20 minutes. He decided to come out of the car till they were calling him from the store , got my pizza in a bag . And of course!!! C O L D !!! . Never again , people!! Guys out there . Think abou it twice when ordering from this place . Or for real expect at leas 2 hrs of waiting. Thanks to this delivery employees that they have. Not responsible enough to do this job . Or demand the store to call the driver in your first try. So you know where your food is . It might be out your door getting cold just like mine... My rating 1/2 star . Good night everyone...

I dont normally leave reviews but tonight this is a definite. Everyone saying this is the best pizza store ever must be high! Yes, everyone is entitled to their opinion but seriously dont mislead people with that nonsense. Steer clear of this Pizza Hut! They have NOT been a good place for food since I was about 16 and that was yearrrrsss ago. I havent ordered here in forever but thought I would take a chance tonight for my niece welcome home party. All I can say is thank GOD the local pizza place is open late. The pizza from Pizza Hut had no sauce, was definitely cooked too long. Oh and "extra cheese"??? Give me a break! You will be happy to receive any cheese at all. This was a $57 order Im talking about. I will take some of the blame because we shouldve truly checked the pizza before we left but nooooo of course time was not on my side so I rushed. Thank goodness the children were having a water fight and having too much fun to stop for food so I had time to replace this mess. I will say the manager was nice enough to give a credit on a future purchase, but to be honest Ill never use it so its a waste. Never will I waste money here again!!

The pizza I received from Pizza Hut was the crappiest pizza I have ever seen and tasted in my life. First off, the pizza ingredients were just thrown all over the pizza in the sloppiest manner ever, when the pizza arrived it was completely cold and brick hard. I could not bite into the pizza and unfortunately I had to throw the pizza away. Overall, for the $30 I spent half the food was unappetizing and totally NOT worth the money. Shortly after, I wrote up a complaint on the Pizza Hut website and called their terrible customer service, besides being put on hold for an hour, they were awfully rude when they finally picked up, when I informed the representative of my concern he informed me that I would be transferred to the manager, but instead he hung up on my and I had to call them back 5 more times, the woman I spoke with gave me the nastiest attitude in the world and she informed me that the pizzas were not refundable and hung up on me once again.

Tried placing an order over the phone just now I live on 46th street and Ive not only walked there to pickup pizza from here before but theyve delivered here on more than one occasion. For some reason when I tried placing my order today I was at first greeted nicely until I told the woman my address and was rudely told "we dont deliver there anymore" saying" we dont go up 50th anymore" im in awe asking her since when? and that they have delivered plenty of times before she rudely responds "we changed it last week" its was like her personality changed by me just saying my address the most disrespectful person ever the worst part is its the only pizza hut around sunnyside horrible feel like going in person and slapping this person how angry she got me

Terrible service they would leave you on hold for over 10 min and when they finally get back on the phone theyre talking amongst themselves joking around and hardly even pay attention to you delivery took 1 hour and 25 min and i live 1 bloke away from there location then had a huge problem with the delivery guy because he wanted me to walk to the corner where he was parked for me to get the pizza after I argued for about 5 min he decided to bring it to my building and to top it all off pizza was extremely cold never againa will i order from here papa johns is a whole lot better

I ordered one of those party boxes - delivery - with 2 pan pizzas, breadsticks, and wings. Food arrived in 30min, hence the good service rating. Aside from the wings tasting okay, everything was terrible. Not just bad, but terrible. Pizza: cold, skimpy toppings, undercooked, and not cut into pieces; more like shredded Breadsticks: cut into pieces, and after about 20min, they tasted better than the did "hot" Wings: tasted okay I know Pizza Hut is just a chain, so my expectations are not high at all, but Ill never order from this Pizza Hut again.

Worst service and worst Pizza Hut I have ever been too...the pizza was so burnt and they gave me the wrong order I ordered the Big Dinner Box with one cheese and pepperoni pizza with mild wings and bread sticks...instead I got a pizza with chicken on it and the wings full of feathers and not cooked all the way...the bread sticks were stale looked and tasted like card board with 6 pounds of salt and garlic...this has been the worst experience I have ever had and I will never go back there !!!!

After delivering the wrong type of pizza 10m late we had to hold on the phone for 15m explaining the situation to multiple parties. When we finally were assured that they would send the correct, pan-style pizza it was on the condition that we leave the first pizza untouched - which was of poor quality and not much of a temptation. The managers instance on our error didnt stop even when she was informed that we deliberately called a second time to confirm the crust style.

I wish I could give no star. I ordered online for carry out. When I picked up my order it wasnt the pizza I asked for I go back they tel me they dont do that pizza anymore and then she goes to the back and the guy says hes going to make it (bacon stuffed crust pizza) he makes it the bacon was saggy big nasty chunks. Was the worst. We also order the chicken Alfredo was discussing and smelled really bad. Never again.
