THIS WAS VERY VERY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! First of all I tried to call in my order had got put on hold for about 5 min no one never came back to the phone. So I decided to go in to make my order that was a BIG BIG MISTAKE. I first talked to the manger Cassie to let her know take the guy that put me on hold never came back to the phone she told me she was sorry about that. So I had put in my order I noticed there was two lady and front of my that havent gotten their order yet and also there was people and the back of me that have order their food right me and still go their food before me and the ladys. I understand that Cassie the manger talking to her works telling them why are they working so slow with a smile. There was customers coming in ordering and they still got their food before me and the ladys this does not make any since. Then when i did get my order i left went home and my order was still messed up. HOW DO YOU GET GARLIC PARMESAN MESSED WITH ORIGINAL HOT. DONT GO IF THE MANAGER NAME IS CASSIE REALLY THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE HOLD DAMN STAFF.

Will never order from this location. I usually order from here and always have had no issues. Tonight I called 20 minutes before closing, which I understand everyone is ready to close up and go home, but I already knew what I wanted and was a small enough order. The woman who answered at 11:40pm asked if I could be on hold and I replied "sure", after 5 minutes I thought I heard her come back to the phone but went back on hold. She had ended the call and I thought well may be it was on accident so I called back but no one answered. I try to put orders in before 15 minutes before closing and if its past that then I dont even bother calling. She could have just told me that they were not taking anymore order but the fact that she just hung up was really unprofessional and not the way to do business, therefore this location lost mine and will be letting people that I talk to know about this experience. -Thanks

I come to this wing stop often, and I must admit its pretty stupid of me cause Im upset with the order every time, I hate having to go all the way to Collins street, which I have and there location blows this one out the water, Im trying to see who can I call and complain to because Im tired of receiving half cooked fries that are soaked in grease with barely even seasoning. I always get Louisiana rub which suppose to be spicy but they so damn cheap with the rub I mind as well order plain wings, although lemon pepper wings are the only one that come with season and could be a bit too much but o well... this place is a disgrace, well this location and the decision has been made every since I opened my bad up to watch the ncaa, I WILL NOT EVERRR COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, FOOD SUCKS!! BWW OR THE LOCATION ON COLLINS ST. ARLINGTON TX.... THIS IS BULL CRAO GOT ME EATING MY MONEY!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Ive came here 5 times thinking this place would get better, but it doesnt. My food is always cold and soggy even though I arrive 10 minutes before my food is ready.. or theyll have me waiting an extra 30 minutes when I already ordered online 17 minutes prior. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The employees have an attitude, theyre always laughing and playing around which leaves a long line of upset, impatient people. THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMLEY RUDE! 3 of the employees tried to gang up and push an elderly lady out the door because she told them they had her order wrong and she would like a refund. What the heck?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WINGSTOP LOCATION AT ALL!!!!!!!!! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Worse customer service in sales. With three different registers, one marked "Online orders pick up here" and no other sign indicating complete idiot working one register only. Completely, and disrepectfrully ignored while waiting in front of online order register. Then, I spoke up. That upset idiot on register who decided NOT to give my wings I paid for on line, and decided not to process my refund until closing. $50 order. Ive been going to that wing stop nearly 10 years. Glad there was a camera. Idiot will be gone soon. Pathetic customer servoce.

Wings of Perrfection!!!! Counter service is great, staff is always fast and order has always been correct. If you order ahead and pick up, the orders always ready on time, fresh and hit like you just placed and had to wait a little to get. These location gets busy at night, parking is a bit limited, so dont expect right in front door parking. Its clean so dining in is not a bad option. Overall, this is a great Wingstop.

Really expensive for regular quality wings, the company seems to think if they market and price the wings as premium people will just assume they are premium wings. If Im reviewing the wings this place gets 2 stars, but counting in the ease of ordering online I gave them 3. Tip, bring your ID or card you made the purchase with when paying online. They started to ID pickups.

I always call in my order, it can be a bit crowded in there whenver they have their .50cent wing special going on. They just recently added some new flavors as well. Ive eaten in there a few times but mostly I order for carry out. The few times Ive dined in there was always someones game on the screen so you dont have to miss out on your games if youre a big sports fan.

I went there today..My first time at wingstop. I was the only customer on the line and the lady kept on rushing me. I told her to give me time to look at the menu. Wings took 14 minutes and the the wings came. The cajun style wings had too much sauce on it. The wings were floating in the hot sauce and the spices were not mixed together. I hate it

Really frustrated I placed a to-go order at the store they called my name I took the bag from the employee directly so there was no I accidentally grabbed someone else bag I leave, expecting my order to be right & I get home, open my bag and its a complete whole other order so far off from mine. UGH

The service is really really bad, the food was ok. I guess every wingstop tastes the same. But the cashier...omg...the way she talks to you and looks at you is like you ran over her dog with a 18 wheeler truck. The wings were good, but I just dont wanna ever go there and feel getting insulted anymore...

I ordered on my mobile app it was quick and easy but when I got home my order was wrong and drove back and they took care of it quick and I left with an extra 10 wings. Just make sure you check before you leave and also they got the fountain drink machine for free refills when dinning in.

Vibes of this place is hurry up and order Im ready to get off.... Fries are always warm instead of hot if you order ahead no matter if you arrive 5 minutes before time or on time.... the chicken is cooked fresh the fries arent
