This restaurant is the ABSOLUTE WORSE! The service is horrible. The owner really should look into who is running the store. I guarantee the business is loosing alot of money. The entire management staff should be FIRED! I waited 3 hours for my order, called at the top of each hour after being told my order would be sent shortly, then told the manager was sorry for overlooking it, to finally be told the order had been cancelled by the manager. This is not the first time this happened, and the last time they charged my card and I had to fight a week to get my card refunded. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN. I suggest you dont either. To the owner... Terminate.. Terminate... TERMINATE! Staff should not be lazy, lie to customers, and be useless.

Customer Service here is horrible, beware. Last night I placed my first order from here using the app for delivery. I mistakenly entered a typo to my phone number and missed my delivery. 1 hr and 20 min passed, and After about 5-6 call attempts, I finally got through and explained my situation. The 2 people I spoke to were rude, said the guy would redeliver, he never did, the store closed and I still got Charged! Never got my food! I called the next day, and the mgr I spoke to was also rude. She listened to my complaint like a daughter tired of hearing her Dad complain, and said, "our records show your order was delivered, and if you want the money back, you must dispute it with your bank" smh. Beware...

I wish I could put no star. I placed a order and I never received it. I called the store and the gave me the run around saying that I never placed a order to their store. So I have them my order number. Then they told me that the driver keep calling and no one answered, which is a lie because I never received any call. So I asked for the order to be canceled. 2weeks later I called back because I never recieved my refund and they told me that it was never canceled and that I cant cancel it now because its too late I have to go through my bank in order to receive the money. So I didnt get my pizza or my money from them smh. Never again will I order from them. The manager asked as if it was my fault.

Well, I chose Pizza Hut over Dominoes tonight and I regret it. The pizza was tasty, as well as the wings. However, an hour wait? Really? I pre-ordered online so I wouldnt have to wait long in the store. I ordered 3 items at 9:00pm. I was told that my order would be ready by 9:15. Knowing that the time may be embellished a little I showed up at 9:20. The pizza wasnt ready until 10:00 pm. It took them an hour!!!!!! This is the last time I will be having Pizza Hut. Last time!!!!!!

This pizza hut isnt so good. I love pizza hut but this one is sloppy. Pizzas come under cooked ( dough was still raw ). They also dont like to pick up the phone. You cant even get your order fixed if you wanted too. And if you go in person the staff is rude or just ignores you.. i stood in a empty lobby waiting for anyone to show up for like 6 mins till i started yelling if anyone was even working there.. crappy place and needs better management and employee training..

I ordered online using my card, I received the pizza earlier than expected, however, the following day I checked my balance and noticed that they had taken a good deal of extra money from my card. Turns out it was the delivery guy. I offered a $2.00 tip and he decided to take $16.00 extra from my card!! I would be extra cautious when ordering from this place!

When I was ordering delivery, the lady on the phone was so disrespectful and rude. She had an attitude with me and kept putting me on hold. The pizza here takes so long! I was waiting in the car for an hour just for the pizza to come! Dont order from here order from Dominos! They have way better pizza and good service where the staff is respectful and kind.

EVERYTIME I order delivery they ALWAYS mess up the order. Tonight I ordered pizza with sausage ...I got plain pizza, another day I ordered a cookie and a brownie and ended up with two cookies. They really need to get it together over there. The only reason I order is because I like Pizza Hut pizza but if Im spending $30-$40 I want exactly what I ordered.

Not good at all. Messed up my order and when I called they gave me attitude and all I wanted was for them to remake it, I would have given them the messed up pizza too cause I wasnt eating it. I told them they didnt give me bread sticks and they messed up my pizza but all they sent me back was bread sticks. Like who does that?

It was ok this pizza should have been cooked a little more but it was still good the wings where very crispy and this Pizza Hut is not a full dine in restaurant it is just a take out delivery place I live in New Jersey and the Pizza Hut by me is a full dine in restaurant with tables and chairs and there is a hostess.

This store is horrible. The customer service is atrocious. Theyre very rude and unprofessional and they make you wait entire too long for your food; mostly because they do more talking and playing around than actually making food. The food isnt cooked well either. If I could give zero stars I would.

I wish I could give negative stars. Ive ordered from here in the past. The pies were mediocre. This time, I waited 2 hours, went out to get some food from an alternate restaurant, drove back and they still arent here. FYI.....its 10:05 and I ordered at 7:21. This place is the worst.

This is the worst pizza hut that I have ever ordered from I had problems ordering online so I called the store and the young lady that answered the phone act as if i was disturbing her she was flat out rude !!! Im never ordering from this location ever again .6/22/17 time 8:30

When the pizza is made right and on time, its great. But there are a lot of times the pizza order is wrong, the pizza is burnt or you end up waiting at least an hour for a simple order. The risk of this makes this pizza hut not worth my business anymore.

Dont buy from this place. Not only do they screw up your order. But when you call back they tell you hold with the phone open and you hear them talking about nonsense, cursing and everything. And thats the Manager. Never again.

Better off going to the little ceasars across the street. The pies are the same size. Dominoes has the best Hawaiian pizza however. Guess thatll keep me going. Pepperoni pizza tastes horrible when its reheated as leftovers.
