This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The man who answered the phone had no clue what he was doing, so we had to wait 10 minutes for another employee to get on the phone. The woman who got on the phone understood my order and said it would be half an hour. When we arrived, the delivery man almost hit our car pulling in way too fast. When we went into the restaurant, it was rather dirty. we waited about 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to us and when the woman did, she wasnt very welcoming. There was another customer there who was also complaining about her service. We waited a total of 30 minutes STANDING AT THE COUNTER before our food was done. When we recieved our food, they forgot a few things and it was cold. I work in customer service so I really dont like to complain but this was so horrible that I thought I should let others know. Do NOT come to this Pizza Hut if you can help it.

I normally get take out and everything is fine.....depending on who is working. I find when the younger staff, especially Scott, my food is made great and packaged well for delivery home. Unfortunately, when the older staff is working the food is not made well and the packaging for the ride home is awful. I got pizza and breadsticks on my way home yesterday.....by the time I got home the pizza was flattened in the box and the breadsticks and sauce were put into a bag, The sauce spilled all over my car and the breadsticks were mangled because they were put into the bag when too hot. Not sure why they even use these bags.....to save a little money? Sorry, try providing better service and quality food and packaging. Very disappointing. This is not an isolated incident either. You know what you are going to get when you see who is working.

I ordered two sets of wings for carryout arrived after 15 minutes. The only other set of customers in the store walked out because their food was talking so long. There was at least 6 employees working at the time and at least 3 of them kept walking in and outside on their phones. I waited another 20 minutes when the lady finally went to check my food her boyfriend walked in and went into the kitchen, she stopped making my order and then started swearing at the man. I finally asked it i was going to get my food and she returned to making my order after touching the man without washing her hands. The kitchen area was disgusting there was garbage all other the floor. When i finally got to eat my food the wings were rock solid. Worst customer service I have ever had. DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT.

My fiance and I ordered this location once every two weeks, and this will be our last, the only reason we continued for so long was because its just been a tradition/habit of ours! The last 3 or 4 times we ordered, the order was wrong (forgot something completely, or messed up our toppings) and twice we were treated very poorly. This location didnt have a specialty pizza available, and instead of calling politely to inform us, whoever called was extremely rude in telling us, and continued to say they would not make a trip to our house for just bread sticks (which we would never expect) and then kept the specialty charge on our ticket! Were pretty over it.

me and my sister went to dine in we saw one of the employee smoking out, like it was no problem. she went in after us she ask if were dinning or taking out we said of course dine in. what bother us was the fact she didnt wash her hands, the place was unsanitary even the pizza didnt taste that well

I ordered 2 large pizzas on 7/15/17. They were not cooked all the way, the center was doughy and mushy and falling apart. And the stuffed crust was raw as well. It was disgusting and ive never said that about pizza before!! I will never order from there again.

The waitress was alright but our table has about a 3 inch up and down wobble to it and when i asked to change tables because of my small children and her reply was that theyre all like that..... last time ill be going there.....

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite food places and this location lives up to it! This is a comparatively small Pizza Hut, they have a salad bar, good amount of options - also wings. Staff is friendly and quick.
