The cashiers are usually very nice, and thats the only reason they are getting a star. But I really cant say the same with anyone in the management team. I only have had good-ish experience when ordering for "Rapid Pick" up from this place. I have placed catering orders a few time with them, alway turned run into problems. When I am calling them on the phone, they are always been rude and quick to get rid of me. If your expectation is to get full, then you will be fine, but dont expect anything else.

This place is inconsistent. Short handed. 95% of time out of coffee, the condiments empty or almost out...picture of food looks inviting on over head signboard. Order it thinking you will get same as pictured and you get this small prepackaged small item that looks nothing like picture on signboard. This place has gone down hill. Very unhappy.

I had an issue with a gift card that did not work and I dont get paid until tomorrow. The manager overrided the meal and gave it to me. I had a rough day so this made me feel better. Overall Everytime I come here the customer service is great and friendly. The food was slamming. Would definitely come back again.

They had no bread bowls, no baguettes and no fruit. And still charged me a upcharge to get a fruit parfait. HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE! MANAGEMENT NEEDS to learn how to control when to make food when you are low. They shouldnt stay open if they dont have any food?

Terrible experience with delivery orders. Drivers are always nice, but the people putting together your food cant seem to differentiate a salad from a box of pickles. Then, when you call (7 or 8 times) theyll let the phone ring endlessly.

The sushi was ok but that was just it. It was only ok. I have many local places that have had much better sushi and other food with a wider selection for better prices. Good customer service. No wait time and quick delivery of entrees.

Food ok, not great quality. Carpet is dirty with crumbs and paper debris. Tables and chairs are also dirty and a mess. Dining room needs to be cleaned and organized. This place has really gone down hill.

Always a good place to stay in montreal. Close to Old Montreal and Chinatown. Parking is available for in/out privileges for 1 flat fee. Shared biking dock is available just down the block from hotel.

Typical Panera Bread location. I like the new (for me) table system where the give you food at the table instead of picking it up at the counter. Their baked good a pretty good, but a little over priced.

Waited 30 min for lunch to find out they lost our order. Took another 20 min until we received our food. Refunded us lunch which was nice but at that point my toddler and I both lost patience!
