I literally dont ever write reviews and I would honestly give this specific Pizza Hut zero stars if I could......I have been coming to Pizza Hut for years with my family. Ive never had a problem with any of the stores except the catskill one. Ive come here twice and had terrible experiences each time. First time I attempted to go eat in with my family.The waitresses didnt even look at us for the 20 minutes we waited patiently, instead they worked on ALL of the pick up orders to make their own lives easier. We wound up just leaving and getting pizza nearby. More recently I decided to try this Pizza Hut again and called in my order. 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be done and I finally get the order just to find out its messed up and they forgot some of my order. You know what they did???? Moved on to the next customer. Do yourself a favor and DONT COME HERE!!! I know I never will again. terrible service, HORRIBLE waitstaff..Drive the extra 20 miles or whatever it is and find another Pizza Hut if youre really craving.

Id give it no stars if I could! First time I went there was for the early morning buffet, went an hour after they opened so theyd have time to open. Got there and the doors were locked, after we got let in and were seated it was a good 45 min before any pizza was out, and there was a single pizza put out at that time. Second time we decided to order on a Saturday, about ten min after placing our order online we got a phone call saying "Your pizzas are ready but we dont deliver today" however their sign clearly stated they didnt deliver on tuesdays, no other day. We dont own a car, so I got to go walk out to them to get the pizzas. Third time we ordered again, and they actually delivered the pizzas...2hrs after we ordered them. We live less than two miles down the road from them.

I walked in this lady sat me down brought me drinks then dissaperared..... I literally sat here for an hour before anyone even came to ask what i wanted, and then when i asked another lady if she could take my order she told me the other lady left when she didnt and then the original lady who brought my drinks just keeps walking past giving dirty looks instead of saying sorry we are busy or some kind of apology..... and this isnt the first time either.... this place is bullshit!!!!!

I went with my husband on our date night. The bathrooms were disgusting and my bench seat was broken (Im pregnant by the way). Our breadsticks looked Like they had a bite out of it. Our pizza Sat on the counter for 15 minutes while the staff talked. When we checked out it seemed to go okay. When I checked my bank statement I discovered I had been charged refunded and then double charged!!!!!!! When I called they said it was the girl on, no one has been fired!!!!!!!!

We werent greated, had to seat ourselves after 5 minutes of still no one saying anything to us. Took another 5 minutes for someone to bring us menus and didnt ask what we wanted to drink. Its a pizza place and they didnt have personal pans... oh and only 2 other tables of people in the whole joint and. Dont have my vote for 15$ an hour. No motivation, no customer service

Every single time I go here they never have large pizzas and they are always usually out of something else as well. Poor management and poor inventory. Food is always good, but dont expect anything in a timely manner. My most previous visit; we got our appetizer after we had already recieved our meal.

I had called 3 Times to place an order for pickup and all three times I was put on hold and hung up on by the same lady. Ironically I had more success ordering Chinese food from a non-English speaking Chinese person than the Pizza Hut down the street.

I used to love it here!!! Last 4 times Ive eaten their food, take out or eat in Ive gotten sick. I dont know why my phone insists on asking for a review from me but now you have it. Barnwood is so much better and much better staff

It looks like an old restaurant. everything was dirty and sticky, bad service. I ordered the pizza thin but was not available . the salad bar was all dirty . not recommended for the attention and service

Waited a while on the counter for somebody to take my order. Was ignored by staff multiple times. Left without interacting with staff. This has never happened to me before. Service therefore sucks.
