We were hoping to find a great ramen spot as we just moved to the area from the East coast. My husband and I both had the appetizer and ramen lunch, and our daughter had the teriyaki chicken rice bowl. My seaweed salad was good (a totally un-ruin-able dish), and my husbands lamb yakitori was fine. The ramen, however, was not good. Both bowls were served barely hot and closer to room temperature. The flavour was okay for both the tonkatsu and the Tan-Tan Men, the latter being very peanut-y. The noodles were bland and not chewy; they felt over done. My daughter didnt like the teriyaki chicken as it was too sweet, but shes a bit picky. I thought it was the best thing on the table, and Id still only rate it 3/5. The sauce was goopy instead of a teriyaki marinade situation. Personal preference, maybe. Service was extremely relaxed: water was not refilled during our meal, nor did anyone drop by to check on or meal after its delivery. Normally I advocate giving a restaurant a second try, but we will go elsewhere.

Spicy miso ramen is my go to, but the tonkatsu and tan tan men have been delicious also. Just seems that quality has gone down a little over the last few months. Presentation has gotten a little sloppy and eggs are wayyyyyy over cooked in the soups (very hard broiled instead of creamy and soft boiled.) Havent had the nerve to do the ramen burger yet. The tuna tataki is great if you also have a hankering for sushi but opted for noodles instead. Gyozas, and wontons in chili sauce are delicious. Theres not a huge beer selection, but theres always a couple good options on tap.

Im not sure why this place has so many positive reviews, its mediocre food at best. I think its trying so hard to be hip with the decor and presentation they forgot to make good food. My spicy raman first off was 70% sprouts and 30% ramen, might as well call it spicy sprouts. It also tasted more like a Thai curry than a Japanese ramen. It wasnt bad, just not worth 5 starts or good enough for me to try again. There are better places around Spokane to get ramen. Might be for some people but not for me, shame.

From various travel / cooking shows I know that Japan has various specialty cuisines... Not just regional but specific groups of people. I think this places style is for the drinking salaryman set. Strong flavors pretty salty, no zen subtlety here. Not really our style. I liked it better than my wife. I think any of our dishes would make good bar food though. But if you want to taste individual ingredients... Not so much. Nice staff, a bit disorganized. Clean place. Interesting decor. Nice restrooms.

Dont go for the ramen. The food was edible; I would go so far as to call the bao good. But the ramen was mediocre in every respect: tonkotsu broth not savory enough, hard-boiled egg, pork overcooked and badly seasoned, and so on. The eel pineapple rice was also mediocre: the rice was tasty (hard to screw up!), but the eel was rubbery enough that I couldnt break it up with a fork.

This was our first trip to Milfords which is surprising because we dont live that far away. We were for a business meeting with a group of a little over 20. The service was very good and we had no issues there. My wife had the Cod, I had Salmon and our grandson had the Steel head. All 3 were prepared to perfection and I can remember having a better piece of Salmon anywhere.

The Wingate Spokane Airport is my go-to choice for lodging in the Spokane/West Spokane area. Easy access from major highways, the airport and downtown. The property is very clean, well appointed and relatively quiet for an airport location. In my opinion the free breakfast included the best selection of hot and cold items of any hotel in this price point,.

Nice atmosphere. Mostly college aged guests when I visited. I had the ramen burger. It was a nice patty with ramen noodles cooked and then lightly fried into buns. Interesting touch creating a more fork friendly than hand friendly burger. The corn starch used to hold the noodles together made them a little dry in the mouth. Served with edemame.

Loved it! You gotta try their Ramen Burger! It is a very successful invention~~~~very delicious. And try their spicy lamb skewer too. We ordered a lot but we finished them all... the server was very nice and offered us to split each of our dishes into half-half servings so that it is easier to share ... oh dont forget to try their cocktails too~

We were a little disappointed in our meal. The seafood was fresh, but our scallops were just too underdone to enjoy. We had filled up a bit on appetizers, the calamari was pretty good, the fried catfish was just ok, I really wanted it to be spicier. Salads were very good. The place was empty, on New Years Eve-eve, so...

Presentation, cleanses, smiling staff are great. Im a Japanese so this place is average taste in Japan. Overall the meals are salty for us. Ramen was too soft(some people loves that, but for us). But I really enjoyed their shops overall presentation.

Had the Tan Tan Men bowl, didnt regret it. If youre gonna order something spicy, make sure youre in for it, theyre not playing around. The food was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Service was quick and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Very unique experience, with high quality ramen! I felt like I was in a hip restaurant in San Francisco, and was very surprised to find out that it was locally owned! Incredible design, and great service made our experience fantastic!

Its a nice looking place, but I think this was the worst Japanese food I ever ate. The soup for the ramen didnt taste right and whats up with all the carrots and broccoli. If I could rate just the wait staff, Id give them 5 stars.

Was in need of a late night meal, and decided to try this place. The shoyu ramen was amazing! The roasted pork served on top was so tender and tasty, and the combination of ingredients and flavors made it a very memorable meal.

This hotel has it all in the service and value department. The facility is well kept and comfortable. Quiet nights, clean rooms and bathrooms, good breakfast, including made to order omelets. Shuttle driver was prompt and helpful.

Great experience. TasteD as good as it loked. Had chow mein with shrimp and had to take some of it home as the portion was very generous. I wouldnt advise wearing white as it can be messy. Excellent service will return.

I would do this again. Would do it again without whatever pepper I had in my nudos last time. My lips were as big as Goldie Hawns. Only for a little while, but it was fun. The decor is so no Spokane, which is also fun.

Food is delicious. Sooo much food I dont know how anyone could leave still hungry. Service is very good. Atmosphere is great. And I saw this on another review but the sign in the bathroom next to the sink is hilarious.
