What a terrible staff! Starving and excited to try yet another of pizza huts new recipes, I ordered a delivery and it estimated 45 minutes to deliver. When that time passed I waited another 15 minutes before calling the store to politely find out where is my order. The man who picked up, barked at me with completely no enthusiasm (not even negative one) and said all deliveries just went out and I should get my pizza shortly. WHICH is strange he was leaving just now to deliver a pizza 15 minutes ago unless he uses a Time Machine, in which case I would understand! After another 30 minutes I called again and this time, the girl who picked up asked me for my phone number to verify the order and told me I have to wait another 15 minutes because the guys car "broke down". IT takes 7 minutes to drive from their pizza place to mine. 7 minutes.

I went in and ordered two personal pizzas and was told it would take 12-15 mins. I went to check on my order after 15 mins only to be told by one employee that it wasnt put it and by another employee the driver took it by accident. I dont know how a driver can take a personal pizza box since you cannot order that for delivery. Then i ask for a refund and the employee try to get me to continue to wait but i insisted on a refund. After finally asking for a refund for the 5 time the employee tried to short me on my refund. If i didnt tell him it was not enough, he wouldve allowed me to leave without my full refund. this place is filled with thieves and liars. Stay far away. Dominoes is better any way and its closer

Ordered for delivery they ask me for my phone number and address various times, an hour later I call because the food never got here. He tells me I gave him a wrong number but the address was correct but that I had to wait another 45 minutes. I told him where he can shove the food Ill take my business elsewhere!!! a $30 dollar meal just turned into $12 ordered Chinese and I got it in15 minutes!!! Shameful customer service and business!

Horrible service...... we ordered that new grilled cheese stuff crust Pizzia. It a hour and 15 minutes to be delivered. The pizzia was cold and the cheese got hard. Called the store up and lady that pick up stated it was impossible for it to be cold she pretty much called me a liar and that there was nothing that they can do.. no problem I email the corporate office about this store. I was always told the customer is always right!

Ordered the brownie and it was disgusting. The bottom completely soggy. Called 15 minutes saying Id pick it up, I get there only to find out it would be another 10 minutes for it to be ready. They probably just turned the oven on high to crisp the top and gave it to me. After trying to bring it to life at home it ended up going to the trash. Garbage

Poor service made my order at about 449pm and was told that I will receive my order in 45mins has past its been an hour so when I called back to fiND out where my order is I was told that it wasnt an hour already and then got the phone hung on me so I call back to speak to the manager and it was the manager who hung up on me very poor service

First time ordering here, they made my order wrong, I ordered knot cheese stuffed and it came as normal pizza...and I cant find a piece of the chicken I added on pizza. But the delivery is fast and the pizza is still tasty. Maybe I should check before paying next time XP But everyone can make mistake, just hope they do better next time :3

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, Lazy Staff, who lie about Recieving online orders. How do you mess up an order that gives you step by step directions -_- Dont waste your money, time or energy. Hopefully they do an Employee sweep and fast.

Worst place ever. Order 1 plain and 1 pepperoni loves pizza. Got 2 plain and when I called to have it switched out the girl just kept mumbeling and saying I was lying. Never ordering there again
