My brother got me a $25 Buffalo Wild Wings gift card from Walmart for Christmas. I went there for lunch one day and gave the waitress my gift card. Next thing I know the manager came up to me and said, "we dont accept third party gift cards". I called my brother and asked him where he got it, and he got it from Walmart. They told us next time tell your brother to get the gift card from in store. Then why sell them at Walmart or Walgreens etc. isnt that like illegal? The manager said he will make it right and only took $10 off my $25.60 bill. Gave the gift card back to my brother, he took it back to Walmart and exchanged for another restaurant. Never going back, Things and Wings or Beef-o-bradys will get my money.

Worst buffalo wild wings I have ever experienced. I was seated in the bar area, after about 5 minutes a waitress from another section had to come greet me because the black lazy waitress I had wouldnt do her job. I say I want a Jack and Dr.pepper short please. She says ok and walks away, immediately after my black waitress comes over and says hi welcome to bdubs how may I help you? I said I just got helped!? She says oh ok what did you order? I said a jack and dr. Pepper she says ok and she proceeds to bring me a big glass of dr. Pepper?????? I returned it to her and said I ordered a jack and dr. Pepper??? She responds you did?????? I just walked away, grabbed my stuff and left.

I go back and forth with the reviews for this particular branch. I go here maybe twice a month and each time is at opposite ends of the spectrum. One day its a 2, the next time a solid 5. Let me break it down: the food is the same as every other BWW out there. Lately, its been coming out much faster so the wait time is short, very cool. The sweet tea here might as well be sewage runoff, never been good. Get a beer or soda instead. Now, I judge a place VERY harshly on their bartending, as I test their skills with the making of a Long Island Iced Tea. Every time I come in here, though, different bartender. That being said, Ive never had a bad drink here to date.

Although the place was packed, the server was fast and polite, the food was hot, and as always the food was YUMMY! With this being said, we were quite disappointed to learn the traditional wing counts have been reduced for all 3 order sizes. Not sure about small, medium size is only 14 wing halves now and large size is only 18 wing halves now.....and like most retailers in todays economy, the price was the same or maybe even a bit more expensive. This change wont deter me from eating at BDubs, but I will most likely only eat there on Tuesday nights when traditional are 1/2 price. And lastly, big KUDOS to BDubs for giving a military discount!!

(Disclaimer) This review is strictly rating chain restaurant quality. I would like to call myself a Buffalo Wild Wings fanatic. This particular Buffalo Wild Wings does not normally disappoint. Although, like most other chain restaurants it can really disappoint a dedicated customer at times. The food is normally up to par and the service is better than most. Overall, it is a good restaurant to go for finger food, beer, sports and appetizers. Side note: They seem to push the rewards program but they never seem to give credit for what youve earned through the app. Maybe there are some bugs I do not know about?

I went here to place a take-out order. They have a designated counter, as you walk in, for placing take out orders. As soon as I stopped in front of the counter a server came to take my order. She was very friendly and efficient. My order was ready within the quoted time of 15 minutes. It was hot and there were no missing items. The wings and onion rings are delicious. I found the prices to be a bit high for such simple fare. The total for 9 boneless wings and a regular order of onion rings was over $15 so, for example, a family of 4 should expect a bill of $70+ just for a meal of wings, side, drink and tip.

The service and atmosphere here is amazing! We went today for lunch and had an amazing waitress Heather, she was very attentive and seemed genuine happy to serve us. We never ran out of sweet tea and never felt rushed--which is a big thing if you want to just chill for once. Although the atmosphere is a five stars, but honestly I can never find anything on the menu that i absolutely love. Also more food choices would be nice.

When I make a call in order I unexpected get fresh french fries and enough ranch for a medium order of wings! I dont know how I a half a cup of ranch is supposed to be enough for medium size of wings. I also dont understand why my food wasnt fresh because it was still not ready when I arrived. Im just irritated at this point because I did not expect to get this type of service

The food is usually good but the servers are terrible at this location. Ive been to the Panama City, Opelika and Hattiesburg locations and they are great. This location isnt very friendly and seems like theyre all fighting over who is going to take the table. 1) We can hear you. 2) You have stared at us for five minutes 3) Avoiding this location at all costs!

We went late. So late we were the only people besides the servers. Went to the bar, ordered food and drinks, ate our food (buffalo chicken wrap for me), drank our drinks (strawberry margarita), paid the bill, and left. Service was good, food was good, drink was good. Im sorry for Rick Rolling yall on the jukebox as I left. I blame the margarita.

This place is usually great. However our last visit was VERY disappointing! Most likely will not go back. We ordered fried mushrooms, they sent out 6 (six) mushrooms! Really?! That was an embarrassment in itself! Plus our table was totally ignored the entire time. Wings were cold and beer was hot. So not happy with this place.

The food was good here. They just need to keep better track of what beer they have. There was one on the menu that they didnt have anymore. The server suggested a beer to order instead. Five minutes later he came back and said they didnt have that either. He was still professional and provided good service.

We came in during a slow time on Saturday night. We sat at the bar and was served by Mady. She took great care of us and helped us decide to come back again after not going for a few years. The food and drinks were awesome, although a little expensive it was worth it! Thanks for a great night out.

I have only had the wings and they are not to good, tried them twice and both times they sucked tasted like they were frozen and deep fried. Just a weird tast. They do have a great selection of beer on tap and bottle but they are over priced.

First time going to buffalo wild wings. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and potato wedges and it was delicious. I will definitely be going back. The service was also amazing. This is the best restaurant I have been to in along time.
