The food is admittedly good, but the workers are rude! They talk to you with no manners. The place is Rated B for sanitation which is disguising, even though it is not that low it is still unsanitary. The food take 45 minutes to make and they dont even call you when it is ready they expect you know and then throw your food out if you arent there in a 30 minute time frame . They will also blame it on you. SO they are not helpful, rude, and long for just ordering your food. But the food is good and if you order delivery the drivers are extremely nice. :) ps I called for one of many mix up with my orders, and the female manager was so rude to me about everything. I sadly couldnt get a name if I did I wouldve typed it. This isnt the first time shes been rude either, not just to me, but to my family. When I ordered once, I was in the car and my sister went in to pay with my debit card. She would not allow her to use it even though we had the last name, and I was just in the car. She looked at me and told my sister to leave and get me. I went in and she was still rude. I have been a loyal customer, but just the past 2 years i have been offended numerous times. Lets just say I wont be returning back to wing zone until changes have been made.

We decided to order here for the first tonight..yep will never happen again. I cant complain at all about the service..the guy that took my order and the delivery guy were both very nice. The food however was enough to complain about. ..the chicken tenders were great but very small..the fries and bread were barely warm and the hamburger was far from fresh. We didnt get any of the condiments we ask for hamburger or fries. What upset me more than that is when I called the manager and he acted as if he didnt care. If u go here I suggest you go inside dont do delivery, the food is probably much better!

Terrible website that wont let you change information. Spent 30 minutes going around spelling errors on the website just to get my new home address added, only for the order to tell me to relogin and not take it anyways. Decided to call in because the food is good, to spend 20 minutes on the phone to tell me they cant take card, only cash. This will be the last time I will try to order from this amateur establishment. EDIT Just found out they did in face charge my card, and having to call in to get it refunded,but they say they wont

I had food delivered and they forgot the blue cheese. They told me they were done for the night and would just rectify it with an order of fries on the house with my next order. When I called to order the next time, the guy I spoke to said there was no note of it and tried to insinuate that I was lying about it. I could shred $2, the cost of the fries wasnt the issue, they didnt keep their word and that pissed me off as a customer. If Im paying extra for a condiment I expect that item and if you say youre going to fix it, do it.

I ordered food from here while i was at work for my husband, and paid with my debit card .They told my husband at the door he couldnt receive anything because i wasnt home and left with the food .I called the store because once before Ive ordered for my husband and it was no problem. The guy that picked up the phone was rude and the female manager was extremely rude .They hung up in my face and refused to give out any names !! I will NEVER order there again or it will definitely be some problems!!

Good wings, Just like mine well done. Click the extra well done button every time I order, and the come slimmy and not well done at all. Just love to put them in the oven and wait another 30 min. Probably better off just ordering from Wing Stop. Attention to detail. if you have the option follow through with it or take it off the menu. This is the probaly the 9th or 10th time I have orderd, and I get the same slimmy wings everytime.

My husband ordered me food to be delivered to me , while he was at work & I couldnt even recieve the food because my name wasnt on the debit card he used . I was totally upset that I couldnt even eat food that was bought for me . They should really change that policy , not all people have debit cards in their names & they said it would take 5-7 business days just to get the money back. It really made me regret even wanting to eat here .

The woman thats answering their phone right now need to be demoted to just being a cook! She has the worst customer service ever on the phone. Im asking her questions and she is snapping with each answer. She is not pleasant to talk to at all! Because of her, I will keep my business at the Gulfport store. Thanks for being horrible at your job maam!!!!!!!!

Wing meat was rotten. Beware of this place. Eat at your own risk. Weird staff...friendly...but weird. This location was awesome years ago. Dont know what happened. The health department should take a close look at what this place is serving people. Again...Beware. 12/26/14 Friday 8pm. Biloxi Mississippi Pass Rd location. Never going back.

The Wing Zone restaurant at 1621 Pass Rd. has great food, service, and deals. The employees are always friendly and more then willing to fix any mistakes that may occur. The food is always delicious and there delivery time quotes are accurate to about 5 mins. I highly recommend ordering from here. August 2012

Do NOT .... I Repeat !!!!! Do Not order delivery from this place. The owner can make all the excuses in the world but there it no excuse to waiting over an hour every time you order from the place. Food is great ... processes are out of date. Don upgrade your delivery service bud or go out of business.

Order got completely jacked up through online ordering. Called and was told it would be corrected, then was called back by the store and told that I was a liar. That I ordered the wrong thing and that there screw up was my fault. Awful managers, awful staff, rude as hell.

I love their wings like a man loves a woman, it comes with plenty of sauce to marinate in, their flavors are great. And every time I call they remember my previous order. The driver always calls ahead 3 minutes to allow you time to get ready to pay for delivery.

Food is good, but they keep it way too hot inside store!!!! I had to wait out in my car so I didnt pass out. Someone should consider getting some air conditioner here. Feel bad for the employees.

Wing zone has the best wings tlyour money can buy. My first time their I enjoyed every bite. They cell burgers as well if your not feeling like eatimg wings. Oh yeah the burgers are awesome too.
