Dont STOP at Wingstop of Joliet. 0 stars should an option here. Their claim is fresh prepared food, ready in 14 minutes. After four visits the best time has been 35 minutes. The manager here has absolutely No social skills what so ever. My last visit was for a carryout which I called in from home. Once again I was told 14 minutes for pickup. I arrived 30 minutes later only to be told they screwed up and gave my order to someone else. To make matters worse they didnt even start my new order until I arrived. They stated they would give me extra wings, but that didnt happen either. If fact when I got home the manager called me yelling that I hadnt paid the bill. I explained to him I wasnt asked to therefore I assumed there wasnt one being that I was inconvenienced. He continued to rant and rave demanding that I return immediately to pay the $19.50 or the employee would have to. I told him I would pay the following day, he said NO that they were open until midnight. I did return to pay the following day, only to tell the cashier (who was very pleasant) that I would not to be returning to this restaurant again based on the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the manager, who chose not to speak with me nor did he call me back. There are to many alternative options in town that I dont need to be disrespected and unappreciated as shown from this particular location. To the owner of this store I suggest you screen and train your staff better or is this behavior acceptable to you. Good Reddance!!!

I was very Disappointed! I have been to several Wingstops to know how the wings are suppose to look and taste. First: My wings were not fully cooked twice within 2 separate visits. Second: My wings were barley covered in the sauce, which is the Original Hot. I only get that one sauce. So I know it should have that thick, red, and heavy sauce covering the wings. Third: My team works across the street, and we all have ordered there and had horrible experience. I am not sure if it is because you all have hired people who have no experience in customer service, or just plan out do not care. Fourth : I have a co-worker who has gotten very sick after eating from this Wingstop, and I knew it was from the uncooked chicken I mentioned earlier. I will not be returning to this Wingstop or recommending people to this location. I am surprise to see this happening so soon with being opening! ( P.S. I only put a star because I have to in order to write this review, if not I wouldnt be giving ANY stars)

This place sucks. There food tastes nasty and the service was horrible. I saw a customer give back a drink cup after he had held for a minute because the employee gave him the wrong size cup. The employee took it back and instead of throwing it away put it back in the stack of cups to give someone else. I waited a half hour for my food because I was told they were waiting for my rolls to finish baking. When the rolls came out they tasted stale. By the time I got my meal my fries were cold and the wings were just nasty. When I complained the employee caught an attitude with me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK!!! Nasty food!! Beware.

So, i just went to this place for the first time, everyone told me it was good so i decided to try it. I paid 11$ for 6 wings,a drink,and fries. The wings were super small, the fries were squished and soggy and the ranch on the side was all over the inside of the bag by the time i got home. The place was messy, no place to put garbage?? My meal took about 25 minutes to be ready and the staff didnt know how to communicate very well. I wont try Wingstop again.

Wingstop needs to be in my life every day. Wings are delicious! And theyre super fast at getting their food to you. Definitely try the ranch dressing because it is delicious. This is a good place to hang out with friends and family to eat. the fries and wings are always delicious and are always filling. its a good place to chill, and the food are worth the money!! Wecome to Joliet. EXCELLENT. TRULY WORTH IT.

Horrible service! We ordered online, when i came to pick up they only had one type of sauce, i guess i had 30 wings of the same sauce. Even though i ordered the wings online i still had to wait 20 mins. Do yourself a favor Dont order MANGO HABANERO they dont carry it. Not sure what the manger is doing but they should look for someone who actually cares for the customer. Lesson learned, Buffalo Wild Wings!

For the price I paid its not worth it 8$ for 10 small pieces of spray on tan looking buffalo wings that have no tang or spiciness to them. With no ranch or blue cheese on the side (I could have gotten but of course would cost extra) not worth it when I can go down the street and get somthing way better then what I got here

Best customer service ive experienced in a long time from Katina!!! What an engaging and great person to converse with. The quality of service she provided alone is enough to come back over and over again. Their food is amazing!!! Great portion sizes and not those tiny wings that disappoint

The wings were really really good!!! The only problem that I had is wen the cashier was handling money, playing with her hair and going back in the kitchen helping fix food!!! I mentioned to her about the situation but she kept doing it!!! Ill be back but if I see her there, I wont order.

Service was slow. Ketchup dispenser only dispenses a measured portion and then you have to wait. It was interesting to watch people get frustrated with this while we sat there waiting for our food. The company saves pennies on Ketchup and ruins the dining experience.

This is the best Wingstop I have ever been to. I am kinda a regular but the portions they give is amazing. And they are always super friendly. I drive an extra 10 minutes past a closer wingstop just to come here. New wingstop in joliet. Great service.

Order wings at 7:30 and got them after 8, took a while, people behind me for some reason were getting their meal before me. Finally got my meal and is not what I ordered. But the 4 stars if for the flavor of the wings.

Excellent wings. I eat everyday almost. My parents told me and they recommend to go Joliet since I am there regular customer. Friends service. My favorite is mango habanero and ranch or blu cheese for dipping.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. SOME BIG FAT SHORT HAIRY TANNED MAN GAVE ME THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. HE WIPED HIS NOSE AND SCRATCHED HIS CROTCH AND HANDLED MY FOOD. I WAS DISGUSTED AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Best wings around. . We need more wing stops. .Cajun and Garlic Pepper wings are the only reason to come and that reason will leave you so happy. Staff are very nice and friendly.
