I have been a customer for this location since it opened but I will no longer give them my business. Whoever is responsible for managing and hiring employees for this franchise in Olive Branch should be fired and Wingstop should cut all ties with them. I like the Wingstop wings and the brand but this location is a stain on their name. The employees are a disgrace to the name brand, expect to wait an hour over the normal time to get your food and DO NOT expect actual customer service. I have seen the employees turnover multiple times but every time they are replaced, they are replaced with more trash that are worse than before, whom have no sense of pride in their work or customer satisfaction. This location could be the worst managed and staffed business I have ever seen. Avoid at all cost. Just get frozen wings from Kroger next door and save yourself the money, wait time and heartache.

Horrible experience its my first time and last time,it was to black females the younger one had a bad attitude and then they both tell me to hold on and walk out of the store to congregate with they home girl. I politely walk out the store to my vehicle and told them thats ok Ill go to Southaven very rude.#By the way Im a black man myself.Please roll the camera back 4:30 pm May 29 if you hate your job work somewhere else..This review is the truth I Love wing stop I wont stop going but that particular store can do better I just relocated to this area and Ive been treated better by whites than my own kind...

These bad reviews are people that lost their damn minds. Diarrhea? Seriously? The wings are awesome and the fries even better. Best damn wings around Desoto County besides my own. And its a Wings plave that is actually clean and sanitary. You can see them cook your wings yourself so u can see how clean the place is.

Best place for wings Ive ever been to in the country so far. Soo many flavor options both wet and dry and they even let let you mix up to two or three flavors in an order. Great service as well.
