Very disappointed. I order the exact same thing from them every week and this time my order was messed up. I took the wings back, waited almost 30 minutes and when I got home some of the wings were still not cooked the way I like them (extra well done). For me this is unacceptable because Ive been ordering the exact same thing every week for almost a year, so youd think that they would consider me a regular and know exactly how I like my food. You could look at the wings and tell that they werent cooked extra well done and the employees didnt even bother to apologize for the inconvenience and to me thats bad customer service. The employees could also use some training on proper phone etiquette, because when you call they answer the phone with bad attitudes and treat you like youre bothering them. I used to look forward to having Wing Stop every Saturday, but Im pretty sure that was my last visit. I mean, its one thing to mess the order up the 1st time, but for me to get home and see that the wings are still not cooked the way I like them the 2nd time, thats just bad business/horrible service and it showed me that my business is not appreciated.

I was disappointed in was the size of the wings. They were close to the size of a chicken nugget at fast food chains. The sauces are not that great and they charge extra if you want your sauce on the side. Also the fries were strangely sweet, almost like someone accidentally added sugar to the seasoning mixture. I have gone back since, hoping my opinion would change because I LOVE WINGS! However, my opinion has only gotten worse. This last time, I ordered ahead, and the girl didnt explain to me that the order was under my email address and not the name on my credit card. So I waited, while my order sat there because there wasnt any communication about the orders that had been done. The place was dead too. The cashier figured out that my order had been done and when I got home, the wings were burnt. I am over this place.

Got 50 wings 4 flavors. Teriyaki, garlic parmesan, hawaiian, and Louisiana rub. The teriyaki seriously just taste like the sauce you would buy from the store. Garlic parmesan is a DRY rub, not a wet.. Was not expecting that. It is very salty and just taste like.. Well not good. To me anyways.. The Louisiana rub is a dry rub and its just like the cajun, over seasoned/over spiced just to try to be hot... Not flavorful at all. Now.. The hawaiian is a wet sauce and is really sweet and is really good. Wouldnt mind some sort of a hotter version of this. Overall there is a great price for the wings. 50 for like $32 isnt bad.. Cheaper than buffalo wild wings. But Bdubs has farrrr better sauces. Just my personal opinion, I like a flavorful sauce..

Sauces I tried (Louisiana rub and Original Hot) were only okay. The wings themselves were like the super tiny generic ones youd find in a big bag in the frozen food section. Food took a while, but not an unreasonable amount of time I suppose. Dont plan on it being quick. The ketchup dispenser didnt work for crap. Im not THAT out of shape and I was gassed after pumping it 20 times to fill the little plastic cup (like the tiniest little cups Ive ever seen used for this, btw) they had out. Overall, I would probably have rather gone to BWW, Flingers, or Mugsys. And I probably will next time...

Customer service was great/awesome! Cory, Cherish, and Guillermo cooked my wings to perfection. Sauces I chose were Garlic parm, hot, and Cajun/Luisiana dry rub. Cajun fries were hot and crispy. Everything about this experience did not match most of the reviews. I eat and try wings at every place I go that offers them...never enough wings to fIll this guy up. Loved it! I highly recommend talking to the folks while your food is being prepared (if they are not slammed). They cook to order so dont think you can be in and out in 5 minutes. Overall, nice little place and nice little chain.

Ive always loved Wingstop, I grew up it out west and was so happy we got it here in town. I love spicy wings, but recently the staff offered me to just try the sauce and pretty much let me try all of them. Delicious! Im not a fan of the limited time offer Smoke flavor, but thats just me. I get boneless, but when I get garlic parmesan, I get traditional well-done (soooo good!) If youre a ranch lover you have to try it. Yes your wings are not going to be done super quick because they cook it on the spot and are perfecting it for you. Rate 5 stars!

Wings are a little on the small size however they make up for it in quality of meat. Original Hot sauce is the Bomb, other sauces range from pretty darn good to meh. Price is fair and 50 cent boneless Monday and Tuesday are good. Open late which is a big plus. Staff has been friendly every visit as well. Overall its pretty good but has some room for improvement.

Terrible customer service... Waited for almost 20 minutes to get my wings when i did they were raw, guy was taking off his hat repeadlily and scratching his head in the prep area people standing around not doing anything food was all over the floor tables were filthy all around disgusting if possible i wouldnt even give them 1 star!

Shame on me for giving them multiple opportunities. First time the order was completely wrong. Second time order was stone cold. 3rd time they ran out of wings. Seriously??? And the complete lack of concern or empathy from any employee is the final straw. I suggest any of the following: Mugsys Buffalo Wild Wings Hooters Schooners

I had an online order go to the Bloomington location in error. Was told that they would refund my money, but to no avail.....that did not happen. They do not stand behind their word, nor did I ever hear back from the manager in regards to this problem. I do, however, recommend the Peoria, IL location!

The wings tasted like I just poured them out of a frozen bag. Terrible quality, the Wingstop in Bloomingdale back home is held to a much higher standard and quality.
