Every time I order out they always make a mistake. The first time I order, I took a bite of the pizza and I thought it was a green pepper and it was a piece of wood. Another time my order was voided out due to an error and they charged me for everything individually in which my final ticket order was priced 50% more than what I was suppose to pay. The manager was not helpful at all. At the end a total of almost $80 worth of mistake for just a family box but no food for the family at the end of the day. I never had such a bad experience in my life. By far the worst ever. It is better to either pick it up or order from another location or company.

Never ordering from here again. Not only did it make me sick to my stomach for the night and next day, but somehow after ordering extra cheese on my pizza, 3 of the 8 pieces had huge "bald spots" on them. Also by the time I got it, the driver had an attitude about my gate, and the pizza was cold. It was the worst pizza I have EVER ordered. I also ordered a side of marinara sauce and the cup wasnt even half way full. SO apparently its my bad for having to work 2 hours late and having to order pizza at 9:45 when they close at 10:30. Worst $20 Ive ever spent.

I just called for an order, I was not connected to the restaurant, instead I was connected to the calling service, the restaurant was probably busy, and I have to say that on the phone, the calling service is EXTREMELY nice. The gentleman even gave me a deal, he didnt have to tell me about it! I am thoroughly impressed. And the wait time on the phone was not long at all. I hope I always connect through the calling service. They are awesome.

Ordered pizza online and went to pick it up in person. Waited for 30 mins and it was not even ready. Customer service non existent. Girl very Rude at the register. Asked for a refund and didnt even get an apology. Girl threw money back at me. Very unsanitary, employees put ticket on the pizza. I will order from Dominos or Peter Piper from now on.

The pizza dough was raw. I asked them for a new one. They tried charging me for both even after they threw the old one to the trash. The cashiers were flirting with my wife. I asked them to be polite but even the manager was being disrespectful to my wife. The best location to sell food (Zaragoza & Vista del Sol). But the worst place to eat.

these people were so busy and so dumb one idiot locked out his own register and 2 out of 3 employees were consumed by it and the dude was just,standing there staring at the manager instead of helping I ordered my pizza by asking and it took them 30 min to bring it and it was really good but man they have some dumb employees

Great tasting sandwich, good salad bar, poor waitresses they have to seat customers, clean tables serve food and cash out customers! If only they would adjust the labor cust they would be more profitable and have better customer service. Now a days only customer service will survive!

Horrible service, I called in an order. Not only was it 30min late. When I called to cancel the lady responded with all let them know. When I asked for my money back she didnt even want to give me a confirmation number she just said that they would call me. Wtf!!!!

Good and friendly service at this location. Waitress returned several times to ensure we were good. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Great job by our server (Erica) This location is the best stay away from the rest.
