I NEVER POST REVIEWS BUT this one deserves it. I walk in, Im ordering and I hear next to me. "That is not a burrito", I look at her "Burrito" and it was put into a ball lol. I laughed so hard then said its okay it happens. He asked if she wanted a bowl and she said okay but then his coworker insisted to redo the burrito. He "TRIES" to redo the burrito, he breaks the tortilla and was put into a ball AGAIN LOL.. the lady left in anger. My lovely burrito is done and packed (the worker who made my burrito tried to make up for the guys horrible work) then the cashier mistakenly throws my burrito in the trash thinking it was the ladys who left. (my heart shattered).. and I said to my self this is a messed up Chipotle. The worker remade my burrito, and it looked Half Assed with rice and meat coming out from the edges also with a tear in the middle. The burrito didnt last 2 bites before breaking and having to eat with a fork. well that my first experience in Hobokens Chipotle. still tasted good though.

I love chipotle and this by far has been my worst experience. Im from California, they fill your bowl when you order it. They served it half way. Service: Not only that but I order half mild sauce and half spicy. The lady I specifically told her to do so put mild sauce all over and when I asked that wasnt what I had said. She rolled her eyes and just offered to pour some mild sauce on the side. Pissed me off. Bottom line: They serve you less then what you pay for and with attitude. Not worth at THIS location.

I have been to this chipotle several times. I usually go early afternoon on a Saturday and every time they are out of something. How is it possible to be out of veggies and corn salsa when you just open?! Also I order extra for guacamole on the side and they give you very small portions. I have to ask for a little more to at least fill the container. I go to other chipotles in NJ and NYC and never have this problem.

There a few few things I detest and being discriminated against is one of them. Let me explain - the quantity of food I received was the size of a kids meal, while a 62" guy walks in and receives twice as much food as I did. Im sure we paid the same amount. I left the place hungry. Why would I ever visit this location again?

Im super picky with steak at chipolte. It has to look just right for me. This is more my dilemma than theyre doing anything wrong. However, the staff handles me really well for being this picky. There is a few that know me and get me what I want when they see me coming. Thank you guys

I didnt get sick, so +1 :). I had an issue with a gift card not working and the manager was very helpful in resolving the issue. The food was as I expected. The steak was actually a bit more well done than usual but I am guessing thats due to all of the negative press theyve had recently.

Food is good but people who work here are very unclean. I just saw the guy who serves the food touches garbage can with his hands as well as everything else and then touches the food as well - putting cheese toppings, etc using the same gloves.....It was hard to eat after seeing this.

Worst service, I have ordered 10 vaggie burritos bowl and that guy didnt like that one person order that many, so not made my order properly at all, and i get only half quantity than I used to get other places, and acting like trying to rid of me fast

i live in hoboken and go there at least once a week. the people are so nice and always recognize my face when i walk in. some of the employees even know my order by heart. i love chipotle and am going there for lunch today

Pretty standard chipotle. Good food. Quick service. My only complaint here was that the lettuce was so cold that it had ICE in it. Maybe they just took it out of the freezer? That was a little annoying.

We all know what to expect with Chipotle. If you are in Hoboken, you are better off at Fresh Tortillas Grill or Hoboken Burrito. If you really need to go to chain place, Moes in Edgewater is way better.
