Bottom line is it was very busy, but wait staff kept up pretty well and the food was very good. The small lobster tail (forget the name) was about the best and most flavorful as I can remember having in the past decade anywhere-and we were just in Alaska so we are compring to some very fresh seafood...It is Red Lobster like anywhere else, but wehave been many times and always a oretty good deal-it is always a bit pricey, but then again we consider this more of a special occassion style restaurant than a daily eatery (except for lunch and we were there for dinner).

I was looking forward to lobster bisque. Didnt get the name but our server was busy looking around and obviously had other things on his mind. When asked about a menu choice his comment was "page 2". Service right off the bat was bad. We didnt even stay and will be hard pressed to return anytime soon. Just a thought but when someone goes out for dinner they are looking for a positive attitude and warm experience. I can get kiss off from McDonalds or Dairy Queen. Went to Raffertys and got great service.

About two months ago I came here with the family and was disappointed to the point of talking with the manager. The salad was pathetic and my corn on cob was cold. Yesterday we came by again to find dirty carpets, pathetic salad, less than optimal service. This place used to be decent but each time we come back it worse off.

I love this location, theyre not shy about the biscuits and the food is always wonderful. The service is great UNLESS you go on Valentines Day. My fiance and I have been the past couple years to celebrate and theyre always in a hurry, very inattentive, and kind of rude. They need to staff accordingly for such a busy day.

Had a wonderful experience!!! Food was incredible!!! Eric, our server, was very helpful and attentive. He helped my son select his meal so he would get the most bang for his buck. Our drinks took a little bit to get so Eric gave us a free dessert!! We had a an amazing time!!! Cant wait to go back!!!

Avoid this place on the weekend; youll never get a seat. We sat at the bar for 30 minutes and every waiter/waitress/bartender gave us blank stares as we waited, only to leave because no one even offered to take our drink order.

We sent our food back twice before we requested a full refund and left. Service was awful, tables were greasy, restrooms were unsanitary, and our food was disgusting. If you want food poisoning, this is the place to get it.

Great food as always. Service wasnt up to par. The waitress told us that the reason she kept putting in orders for our endless shrimp was because she needed to turn her tables to make money. Very unhappy.

The food is great, one of the best Red Lobsters I have ate at ever. The wait staff is attentive and friendly and the environment feels low key. It really is a nice place to relax and eat some good food.

Nothing like the crab pasta and shrimp pasta. The crab legs are always fresh. I love the Lobster Pizza and the Mussels. The food here is always made right and extremely delicious.
