Yes the food is good however dont go there expecting great or even good customer service. Ashley, the girl running the front counter, was more than rude. I ordered 30 wings with fries. When I got to the Gulfport location, I upsold myself to the family package for $1.49 more and 5 more wings. I was told on the phone that my order would take 14 mins to get together however I was never informed at the counter and it wasnt until AFTER I paid that she told me it would be another 14 mins for 5 wings as they are made to order. So I asked her if my 30 wings that were done and sitting near the counter NOT under a heat lamp getting chilled by the 40 degree wind whipping through the door were going to get cold and WITHOUT hesitation, she looked me in the eye and said "Yes". So she was going to let $25 worth of wings get cold and didnt even care. I asked her if that was ok with her and she said "I told you it takes 14 mins, you wanted the extra 5 wings" POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Today was my first time trying wing stop in gulfport i read the reviews on here and heard by word of mouth that they were very delicious i decided to come on here to leave my review and saw hipchks post and could not belive it my cashire today was ashley i remebered her name because of the excelent service i recived today from her i informed her of it being my first time and she was completly helpfull and very patient with me i recieved my order promptly and everything she recomended was great my experience here was excellent i would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asked and will now be a regular customer!

Food was delicious as always, but do not expect your food right away when you walk in the door after the time stamp because you will have to wait an additional 30 mins. I have eaten there on several occasions, ordering our food by phone and/or online. Each time, they put the food in the fryer once we tell them we are here for pick up. I didnt notice it at first but now I do. Customer Service is not what it should be. Some are nicer than others, but last I checked, when we order food and they say it will be ready in 23 mins., as a customer I am expecting it to be ready in 23 mins. Not 23 plus. And well fryed.

I dont do reviews. But this wasnt about a particular taste or a server being rude. That would have been tolerable. I got food poisoning from this place within an hour of eating. I completely and utterly emptied out my stomach vomiting. Ruined my night. Probably cross contaminated food, but Im just putting this out there for anyone who experiences the same

Order here almost weekly because of the great wings and the price. I order ahead of time by phone. They usually tell me it will be 15min or 18min. I get there at the suggested time and the wings are hot and ready for me. Unless somebody is ahead of me in line, there has not been a wait. I think people are ordering and showing up too soon.

Nice place for great wings, but the employees can use better precautions in the kitchen. I saw a guy drink a bottle of water, then put it on the sweet tea noozle to fill his bottle. Im not sure but that did look like cross contamination. I say a female stand at the fry station and sneeze, without covering her nose or mouth.

I placed an order via web, but when I went in to pick it up, I was told they must not have gotten it. Do you know how that made me feel? The lady might as well had punched me in the face! I had my mouth ready for those 50 cent wings. Oh well...stuff happens...

The wings were okay. I ordered the hot ones and there was hardly any heat to them. The coleslaw was good. Customer service was good but we ordered 25 min prior to getting there and still had to wait.

You order online so that you do not have to wait and when you get there you have to wait 40 minutes. No purpose for the online app. Thats why this place gets a 1 star.
