Nice quick service. I went thru the drive though with very little wait. I ordered a 16 piece family meal. 8 famous biscuits and 4 sides included. Only draw back was they didnt put any butter in the bag never mind honey. The obvious being butter and honey is what makes KFC biscuits famous so if its not going to be included a customer should at a minimum be asked if they want it. After all at $42.43 I think thats the most expensive thing on the menu. In my opinion it shouldnt be too much to expect butter and honey. As for the sides, if the 16 piece family is intended to be a family meal the sides are less than half the size I remember. The sides are barely enough for 2 people and not a family. Thats a corporate issue. As far as this store I give them very high score for meeting customer satisfaction. Negative score for corporate for serving size and most likely the employee is told to only put butter and honey in the bag only if a customer requests it. Probably told not to even offer it. That actually bought my 5 star down to 3

Worst KFC and certainly the worst fast food restaurant that Ive been to locally; and Ive been at quite a few over the years. Over the intercom at the drive thru you hear the person serving you talking about something unrelated to the order or serving you. Ive heard associates curse in front of me at the drive thru window, theyve almost consistently been out of something weve ordered, etc.. Im almost certain that this is a management issue, I certainly hope not an owner issue if it is a franchise. In any event, these type of behaviors require either restaffing or retraining. Non action on behalf of ownership/management would be irresponsible, disrespectful to customers, and a disgrace to the name of the restaurant; a permanent stain on the name in many local customers minds.

On Tuesday August 8, 2017 at 9 pm, my family and I drove to KFC to have a late night dinner. Upon arriving an employee was in the parking lot talking to a non employee in their car. At that point we were parked and ready to get out to go in and were confronted by the employee telling us "we have no chicken, we just got a rush 20 minutes ago and they cleaned us out."... So my question is this? 20 minutes ago you ran out of chicken, you are open until 10pm. So why didnt you drop chicken when you ran out? Unfortunately, we left and are not coming back. The crew didnt really seem like they cared about their jobs or giving good customer service. We love KFC, but not this one. So very disappointed.

Ok, so it was around 7pm, stopped there with my siblings for some good food, well, I ordered first, with my youngest brother, then the others were the next 2 orders. I waited, watched my other siblings get theirs. Im still waiting as a couple of others get theirs before us. So I walk up and I ask whats going on. They deleted our order. They didnt apologize, they didnt do anything to make up for their mistake other than making our food. These people dont value their customers or care if you return, so I suggest going to any other kfc, because the one on Columbia ave is definitely much better. Its clean and the employees actually want you to come back.

Wow. Weve been hungry for KFC for a while. Finally stopped. What a disappointment! The place was filthy. It was difficult to understand the cashier... Finally has another person with a slightly less heavy accent answer our questions. There was lots of spanish being yelled around in the back. The woman at the register kept coming out and speaking loudly in Spanish on her cell phone. The chicken was cut into strange, unrecognizable pieces... broken bones and a big hunk of spine hanging fruition a breast piece... Dirty. Unprofessional. Disappointing. We wont be coming back. I wish there was a no-star option.

If I could make this a no star I would. How I was treated this evening would have gotten me fired at my job. I had to return because an item was missing. I waited in line. A bit annoyed that I had to drive back. I was asked to wait a moment. The lady in drive through came over and asked me what was wrong. I said you forgot my cake. She said I didnt pack your bag so its not my fault. I said you are being rude. She said shes the happiest person alive. The manager couldnt be bothered to do anything. She was too busy. Never again

I went in 15 minutes to close and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the girl at the register was on her phone. She didnt look up once and when I got her attention she told me to go to the drive thru to order even though I didnt have a car. So I did and I ordered something she said would take a long time to cook. She suggested I have something that was sitting there ready instead of what I wanted. So I told her to forget it and I left. Bad Bad Bad.

The worst dinning ever ,40 minutes waiting for original recipe drumsticks and thighs on an 8 piece dinner, biscuits like hockey pucks .we arrived at 8 pm got our food at 840 they lock the doors at 9 pm ,never again will we step foot in that place unfortunately this is they way everything in the USA is going nobody want to do there jobs right and that is what occurred at this KFC

In a word, disappointing. This accurately describes the staff and the food they served. They were all younger employees, very disorganized and lacked any kind of leadership. The chicken breast they gave my wife literally had two bites of actual meat. Not to mention how disgusting all the tables were in the dining area. We will not return to ANY KFC in the future.

Very disappointed with the young Asian gal with braces that waited on us tonight. She was very impatient and short with all the customers. This is the first time we were not treated well while eating here. On a good note... Our meal was delicious!

I keep going back thinking maybe next time it will be better.. But am disappointed every time. They always take forever, forget something and chicken is usually old and hard. But its the only fast food in that area.

Worst KFC ever, where do I start. The soda machine was broken. Your only choices were lemonade, water or ice tea. The chicken was dry. There where tables and no chairs. Place was a dump.
