Not too great. Many problems I will attribute to poor management. We went to hear a particular band on bike night and a different band was playing despite the well advertised schedule. Nobody knew what happened. One of the women who appeared to be the MOD was a humorless, unhappy person. There were 7 employees just standing around at the entrance area with apparently nothing to do, but as we soon found out, the service was very slow. It took a while to be seated and for the server to take our order and a long time to get our food. It wasnt that busy (again...7 people standing around doing nothing). The food was pretty good. We were overcharged - paid $8.00 for a drink that the menu showed as $6.50. It came in a small cheap plastic cup. Their excuse was that the menu was new and maybe "the computers hadnt caught up". The server asked if my wife wanted her salad before her main course and she said yes, then it took a really long time and her salad was delivered just a couple of minutes before the entree. We were very disappointed. Its too bad because they do support live bands on Wed and/or Thurs nights and thats great. We did notice that there was no typical outdoor stage. The band was inside the outer bar area which was OK but its a pretty small area. Maybe that was because the weather was bad. I dont typically criticize an establishment but weve noticed problems the last few times we were there. Each one of the problems by themselves wouldnt be too bad but there were just way too many of them. We probably wont go back. Thats a shame because we like to go hear the bands.

Did not plan to stop for the event taking place at the restaurant, did not participate either. We stopped for dinner with our kids. We sat out in the garage patio to enjoy the outdoor air. Adults ordered cocktails and they came in paper/plastic cups. Paper cups so cheap they spilled over when held by wait staff. When questioned why we adults were served in plastic, we were told it was their policy, because of the outdoor event taking place. We said we were not participating and asked to be served in glass. She repeated it was policy and management said no. We sent for management and he refused to come over. Talk about poor form and disrespect. Our children were from out of town and we were embarrassed that we took them to a place that would allow such ignorance in their management staffing. Well never return, not to this location. We are business owners in the service industry too, we would have never treated anyone the way that weasel treated us or his staff! How embarrassing for Quaker Steak & Lube. ps. the food was fine

The entire restaurant/bar has hanging cars and motorcycles all over it which is the theme which I kinda like. And yeah, the hang right over your head. I work by Quaker Steak, and I think I may take it little for granted. We bring clients their once in a while from an area that does not have Quaker steak and lubes, and they end up taking pictures and telling their friends about it back home. I love the El Camino burger, they have good sized chicken wings, many different flavors. My favorite is the Arizona ranch. They had a sports bar, couple games, dining area and outdoor patio which is awesome in the spring, summer and Fall. The glass garage doors on the outdoor area close. So yes, stop by there if you are reading this. Oh, and if in the summer time on a Wednesday? stop by in the evening, its bike night, tons of cools bikes and some tricked out cars, plus a band. Everyone is incredibly nice too!

We had 60 people in our group and most of them kids. We reserved the garage room for lunch after our game. It is very close to Capital Ice Arena. Even though it was cold outside. The garage room was warm. We moved some tables together for the 16 kids on the team. And another row for the rest of the kids. Being secluded from the rest of the restaurant was awesome. The kids could be kids without disturbing anyone. Us parents spread out among some tables and the bar to eat. Kyle was the first employee we meet. He was GREAT. He had no problem with separate checks with people all over. Then came Brittany and Elizabeth. They each made the experience fun. Through all the chaos, we all got our drinks and food. All the parents thanked me and my wife for selecting a great place to eat. My wings were as advertised, the best. They have something for everyone on the menu. Great service and food

While I would love to take about the place its just as good as it is and not as good as it should be. The atmosphere which is very garage like and honestly pretty fun, IF you are at all into cars, bikes, or Motorsports the food is just "very typical". Im not trying to be a complete ass about this but the food was just very typical bar food and not at all memorable as the decor clearly is. The incongruity only draws, in my opinion, attention to the disparaging differences between the two. Oh yes, being once again the potentially grumpy reviewer: it always bothers me when staff is taking a break and eating, in "uniform" just a table away. Have them in the back of house or in a closed section which there clear was while I was there. On a pretty empty Saturday night...which should also be a concern.. Empty Saturday night. But then again its not football season.

My friends an I go every Thursday for dinner and Karaoke Night and my wife and I have a Quaker date night at least once a month as well. The staff is awesome and the food is always great! It is one of the few places I will eat because I have many food allergies and every time I order something new the manager personally checks all of the ingredients to make sure I can eat it. Andy is always our bartender on Thursday night and he always provides us with awesome service and laughs. The DJ in charge of karaoke, Robby, is also a blast. He does a great job keeping the show going and getting people up to sing. I have grown to look forward to Thursday night because I always have such a good time with friends and the staff.

Quaker has a lot of options when it comes to their menu. All the food is good and priced well. All you can eat wings is also totally worth it and there are a lot of great flavors to choose from. The scenery of cars and such inside is appealing, there is plenty of seating in the restaurant area and in the bar and plenty of tvs in the bar as well. If there was one thing I didnt like it would be that the servers dont ask or remind you about your loyalty card (which is digital). I told our server I had one and he said okay. I expected him to get info when giving receipts, but he didnt and I had forgotten.

I was very unhappy with hostess. I am in a wheelchair. Although 3 people at front. NO one came to help with front door. Too busy chatting I guess. Refused to seat me at table in front, instead took me to back of restaurant, even after I explained hard to get past chairs and other diners. Food was great, wait staff excellent. People on front line of restaurant can use some training dealing with people with disabilities. Second time treated like this. If owners do not want people with handicaps to come to their place of business, maybe just put up a sign? Very upsetting.
