I see my review from a couple if years is gone?!?!? So lets review. The owner likes to dictate what you watch on TV. No boxing or MMA. They do not waste any beer. You will sit til the head goes down in your glass then they will fill. More head you sit til it goes down. Owner is anal on no waste. And it doesnt stop there. I got boneless wings and no sauce whatsoever on the container so I joked.... What do they do paint the sauce on? And to my amazement she said YES. So you will ask for more sauce guaranteed. The absolute worst BWWs Ive ever been to. Enjoy!!

This place needs to upgrade their training program on service or just hire new people!!!! When I was greeted at the front door by a small girl named Ashley, she seemed uninterested about her job and was NOT friendly or caring at all. It was all downhill from there!!! Our waiter was NOT friendly, service was slow, refills were slow and it was a slow day. There were maybe 15-20 other people there!!! I will NEVER come back to this BWW, and will tell all of my friends to go somewhere else where professionalism is looked upon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We ordered carry out tonight and my wife specifically asked to have her burger cooked very well done and the burger came very rare instead. After opening the carry out box it looked like a racoon had possibly beat us to it, looks like food was literally thrown in a box. I have been here maybe a half dozen times and I have had poor service and sub par meals. I prefer Quaker Steak and Lube over Buffalo Wild Wings for this type of fare.

Food is under-cooked and the service is poor. Placed an order online for a pickup time an hour later. Came in on time and was told my order wasnt ready. Left waiting for another 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. Paid online but told my card declined in store, so paid with another card. Declined card shows it was charged anyway, so I paid twice. Got home and chicken sandwich wasnt cooked all the way. Very unsatisfactory.

I went here for my birthday and at a friends request. Prices were high, but food was plentiful and excellent. On my birthday, I received a snack size portion of wings (much larger than I thought it would be), fried mushrooms, and a Carmel sundae for free just for signing up for e-club. Poker game on tablet is also very fun.

I ordered a boneless snack. And after repeating myself 3 times I still got the wrong size. I got charged for a small but wanted the snack. I only ate the amount that is usually in the snack size. My friends that were with me got the wrong food. I usually dont have a problem with BWW but it just wasnt a good experience.

The bartenders should watch their bar more. The seemed more concerned with the servers drinks or talking to associates at the end of the bar. It took several minutes to get acknowledged and get a beer when I sat down. The guy next to me has been out of beer for a while now. Not the way Ive been treated at other BWW.

Ive had good luck with the food quality of this chain in Wisconsin. Its top-knotch imo. Last time I ate here was with my sister. She forgot her purse on the chair. We drove off and our waiter sprinted across the super long parking lot to get to us in time. That goes WAY beyond the amazing service he already gave us.

This is the 2nd time Ive eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings. The first time was at Virginia Beach, ordered the Black Bean Burger. It was excellent. This 2nd time is at Janesville Wisconsin. And they didnt have my avacado for my burger. So that was disappointing. I will try again Janesville, so you better have my avacado!

The service was amazing! Out server was very sweet, friendly, and helpful, and even though it was really busy she was very polite and paid attention to us and what she was doing. Food was pretty good. Amazing French fries, food brought out really quickly. Asked for no tomatoes but my food had tomatoes anyway.

The service was terrible and couldnt get a drink for 30min waitress walked by our table 6 time with out so much as a glance and talking bad about us moving to the bar, loud enough for us to hear then the manager blew us off after I said something to him ..... so if you go hope you dont get gel as your server

Be careful in large groups because we ordered cheese curds separately...large curds were given to the wrong person while we waited for ours only for the waiter to tell us it was actually ours. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it and only said "sorry".

Hey, its Buffalo Wild Wings! They have a lot of TVs, a lot of staff and the wings arent bad. Oh, my beer was pretty good too. Took a fair amount of time for the wings. But at least the tables were all clean!

They werent friendly and wont provide us with the closed captioning in their TVs for deaf people. Their manager, Don was disrespectful by showing that he did not care about that situation. He was just nodded.

I love the food, but we dont go near as often because of the price. Theyre so expensive comparatively to other wing places!!! Other than that, staff has always been good and friendly to us
