I normally get my food to go from here, so my review reflects that experience. The wings are always good from this location, sometimes they can be stingy with the sauce though so it doesnt hurt to ask for extra. The biggest thing I hate about this particular B Dubs location is that if youre getting food to go, you will ALWAYS have to wait past the time youre quoted. So if you want to be smart about it and youre ordering online ahead of time, set your pickup time as 15 minutes or so before you actually will be there. It never fails, Im sitting in the front lobby now as I type this and there are maybe 5 tables with people sitting at them? I placed my order two hours and go and I am STILL having to wait well over 10 minutes past the time I selected. I dont know what it is with them, but punctual is not a word Id use to describe the East Peoria Buffalo Wild Wings location. Three stars because of this.

Only reason they get 2 stars is because Ive been here before and had ok experiences, its hit or miss. Stopped in late last night with wife (Tuesday) was busy, but not crazy, no wait. Wish I could give that experience 0 Stars. Waitress was rude, asked what the rotating beers were and was informed to look at the menu (which says "ask server" because they rotate). She came back and took the order after a bit, food came out and we had to wait 5 min to get her attention to get napkins and an extra tray thing to put the bones in. 5 min later she walks buy and drops the bill on the table without saying a word. Never asked if we needed anything, she spent her time helping a larger table and wouldnt even make eye contact so we could ask her a question as she walked by. Not sure if she was having bad day or what, was very awkward. We will probably give it some time before or if we return.

We ordered carry out and while my fiancés wings were good, my entire ordered was flawed. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and by only was there no coleslaw as described on the menu, the bread fell apart and I had to eat the sandwich meat only with a fork. I had a side salad with French dressing ordered, but received a fully Caesar salad with a side of French. Unfortunately, I cannot attribute this to any misunderstanding as we ordered online. I usually am pleased, but this time I was incredibly disappointed.

First off, to everyone complaining about noise: its a sports bar. Its going to be loud. Its almost a given that it should be. That being said, I split a burger with my wife and had wings on the side. Thought the food was awesome and I loved the casual feel with the TVs and loud atmosphere. I was just really annoyed with the details in the service. If you get Spencer as your waiter, you better hope hes paying attention. I hope to go back and have him when hes on top of his game.

A place built for millennials. MAYBE IAM JUST A CRYBABY BABY BOOMER...If you want to be with your family, watch TV, play video games, trivia games, and eat, this is the place for your family. You dont have to have a conversation with any member of your family. The food is not filling and its expensive. Be prepared to wait to be seated because the tables are usually full of customers not eating but playing video games or watching tv. My KIDS love this place.

Wings were great, fries were barely warm, deep fried pickles great, waiter was behind the ball, had an extra guest coming to join our party, I asked for the empty table next to us to be moved next to ours, he said no problems, but failed too execute the task, so we just pulled up another chair, it was tight, we managed. Had to ask for napkins after our appetizers arrived, never asked if we needed anything or how the food was. Rate our visit a 6

Possibly the worst place to go for a work lunch if you dont eat meat and everyone else does. They can take the chicken off of a chicken quesadilla and charge you $8 for it. Doesnt even come with chips, despite not having the chicken. Basically just 2 tortillas and cheese. Your other option is a very basic house salad. Some places actually make some type of basic effort for meatless options, but not BWW.

Our food took almost an hour to get to our table, the waitress kept forgetting things and would rush away before my nephew could say anything, and the hostess was rude as F. It took the wait staff forever to come back to our table. I will stick with the one in Pekin, their staff are more polite and efficient

Poor service, waited 35 minutes for me and my cousins 16 wings, they were not busy enough to take that long. And by the time we did get our wings they were barely even warm. Waiter came around got our drinks and didnt come back till our food was done and then we waited another half hour to get our check

i come usually twice a week. yes i said twice a week. Paul and Josh up at the bar take really good care of me and keep me company. i enjoy talking to them and exchanging stories. food is always great, drinks are good, and beer is cold. haha thanks guys. see you soon!! -Michael

The the staff is kind, and efficient. My group oof friends (6 to 8) people and we bombard then with a need for water constantly. But the waiters are always ontop of our refills. We get our food quickly and they even begin to recognize us. Very nice experience.

This is the best BWW I have been to. The staff is superior to every other one Bdubs out there. They are friendly, kind-spirited, and always on top of things. The food is always fresh, and I get a much better experience here than at other restaraunts in the chain.

The food is always a tad slow but the servers are almost always awesome and very attentive. The food quality is superb and the place is just cool to hang out. Its not "cheap" but its worth a little more $ for the good food, good atmosphere and great service!

Lunchtime was busy today so a friend and I sat at the bar for lunch and the girl tending the bar today was EXCELLENT! Seriously, never had service so good anywhere. Her name is Rhonda. Stop in sometime and see what I mean! Will definitely be back!

Bws has gone down hill dramatically in the last two years.The wings are still good but the rest of the food isnt good.They used to have great char broiled burgers but now have crappy fried burgers..Why?? The food is high priced for what you get.

I didnt like it, all the black people were just starring at me and my family. I mean dang put your eyes on your own plate. Like for real though, I love this place I recommend anyone come here for a good time and then go head over to 8-bit.

We had a large party and ended up with tons of wings for everyone. The medium was little hot for the younger kids but they still ate it. The servers were really friendly and helped some items for someone with a bunch of allergies.
