Like most of the other reviews,Staff was not wonderful .I asked the gentleman who took my order a couple questions about the food ,he did not know or was incorrect .I asked if the onion rings were those awful diced onion in breading or whole onion onion rings .I was told whole onion they were not and they were awful .The driver shows up rude on phone to tell me he was downstairs I tip him then I noticed no soda.He remarked ,"you did not order one".Funny I was charged for can of soda his reply was they did not tell me that you ordered one I have nothing to do with taking the orders.I call the rest ,a young girl who lacks phone skills ,puts me on hold ,comes back to say my mgr will give you soda next time.My complaint was about the lousy onion rings the over charged bill lack of drink and how not once did I hear Im very sorry sir from any of the 3 employees that I dealt with just everyone passing the buck Pastrami sandwich was only saving grace .Never ordering there again AWFUL

I did a order for delivery 2 hours went by still my food hasnt got to me. I called them young guy picks up i explained wats happen of me making an order for delivey and its been the 45 mins to an hour he said driver had just left minute ago half hour goes by i called them again girl picks up left me on hold for 10 mins then another then same guy that pick up the first time and tells me how may he help me i said to him im waiting on my order its about to be 2 hrs now im litterly starving then he had told me the driver had made a mistake now they have to re do my order and they gave me 30 percent of of my purchase wich was only 2 bucks off 45 mins after my pizza gets to me and was the most oily pizza ive ever seen these guys just totally lost a good custumer i will stick to this guys pizza..

I have been a customer at this venue for many years. This is my second time getting my order wrong. First time a woman answered she said shes the manager she told me that Im getting anther pizza I waited for two hours!!! And I did not receive anything!! Previously and for sometime before this man, who had an accent. answered said he was the manager I told him my food was cold he said, " he would help me out after another employee told me it would take 1-2 hours AFTER the 55 minutes already waited!!!!!.. think like around spring summer. I was told the old manager was replaced.. Why, I dont know,,,but I do know they lost a great employee and me as a customer!!!

The food was good but the following day after they told me my card was declined a charge showed on my card, I went in angry (why wouldnt I be with all the news about local businesses double charging) after I paid them in cash. Instead of being calm they first accused someone else of using my card, insisted they didnt charge it but failed to assure me that the money would be returned to my card. So customer service not a strong a point, they threw me out banned my brother from ordering and me from the restaurant. this definitely could have been handled better by them, didnt need to escalate, simply assure me that I will get my money back.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE! i had placed an order for delivery waited over an hour called the store to ask about the food and turns out they had delivered MY FOOD to another house and someone took my food! Although I hadnt paid for the food online I had cash to pay and to tip the driver. the owner however said it wasnt their fault that THEIR driver went to the wrong house. I asked if there was any way I can get a discount and was told no Im just upset because the driver was suppose to call the phone number on the slip or can someone tell me why we provide phone numbers for ? I ordered from here all the time now Im never coming back !

While I have never ate their pizza, one of their drivers (driving a black car with temp plates) ran a redlight and almost hit me on Harris St in Providence and then tail gated me entering US6-10, and almost ran me off the road and he passed me doing 65 in a 35. I saw the phone number on the Vasilios sign on his car and called them. A lady answered and LIED to me and said she has no clue who he was. Once I confronted her that the Vaslios sign was on the guys car, she admitted knowing him. She didnt apologize or even ask me if I was OK. 5/1/2016 at 3:53pm. I would never eat at a restaurant that has employees like this.

Ordered a chicken and broccoli Alfredo pasta. Food wasnt delivered to me until a hour and some minutes later. When i opened my purchased item it wasnt the correct order, I then called back to inform Vasilios that my order was wrong and they told me that I was wrong! First off in hospitality the customer is never wrong! She then proceeded to give me the run around, a delivery man then came to drop off my correct order and took away the wrong item after it was already opened. The customer service for Vasilios was an horrible experience and I wont be ordering from here anymore.

I order my food from Vasilios Pizza. It comes delivered uncooked. I call and ask them to bring a remake. They say it has to be untouched. Well.. I didnt know that it was uncooked till I put it in my mouth.. Anway.. they end up bringing a new plate with only one thing in it that was in my previous plate. I call and let them know that my order was wrong. Again. Then the manager, Laura, tells me I cant order from there again. Lol because they got my order wrong, twice. Horrible managment. Horrible service. Smh.

Stoped inside after haveing to stay in the area for a few hours...beautifully clean, very friendly and helpful...i was a little intimidated by the menu, as for recommendations and and tried the Taco pizza, wait time was decent, pizza was basically a ground beef pizza with Taco seasiong than toped with lettece and tomatoes that easily fell off... Crust was soft and delicious but over all mediocre pizza, i do want to return and try something else however.

Ordered a white pizza with grilled chicken. Came and was missing the feta, chicken was dried out and tomato seems to have been tossed on after it was cooked. Called and was told I could have a free side of feta with my next order. I dont want a freakin side of feta, didnt even want a new pizza. Asked for a 2 dollar credit toward next order and he just kept saying I could have a side of feta free next time. Horrible customer service!!

Second time ordering. They were willing to specially make a wrap and it is so incredible it should be a menu item (crispy chicken with bbq and bacon on wrap). They were very accommodating. The menu selection is extensive, they have health conscious food and great hours! The food portions are more than got think youll get! My new favorite take out restaurant!!!
