I have been recently introduced to Indian cuisine and culture, and Im loving it! As a flavor chaser, I search for the best flavors unique to a restaurant, and I tend to return for the same food over and over when the restaurant meets my high expectations. Today, I had the best Indian meal. I started with gobi manchurian as appetizer. It was crispy, veryyy tastyyyy and hottttt!!And by hot I mean hot spicy and temperature hot, just the way I like it. I can tell everything had just came out from the pan. After my appetizer, I had Chicken Dum Biryani. Oh, God! The majestic dish was beautifully decorated with cilantro and onions, and the flavor is certainly the best! I cant wait to try every single one of the biryanies in the menu. Ill definitely be returning back soon not just for the food but also for the outstanding and attentive service and high class ambiance. I was promptly greeted and offered a nicely decorated table. Overall, food, service and ambiance at Biryani & Co. are the best in town! Gracias!

Being a vegetarian I have never fully enjoyed a biryani until I went to hyderabad house. This place has the best paneer biryani! I would say there curries are average which is strange coz i really liked the curries at their Houston location. Do not expect a great service. They have a huge staff but they are very ill organized. Once we were served by three different servers and at the end of the meal they lost the list of items we had ordered. We had to recall what we ordered from memory to get billed. Lol. The paneer biryani makes up for their lack of service. I can eat their biryani every week. Edit: Have to take one star away. Last time I went there the order came 45 minutes late. Apparently they gave our order to someone else (I dont see how that is possible - someone else ordered the same exact things that we ordered!). They didnt even realize that until we told them that we hadnt got our order atleast 3 time.

I often visit here for lunch. They recently, changed to Biryani & CO from Hyderbadi House. Their energy doubled after that !!! . I love the salad bar in an Indian Restaurant in Austin. They offer the best soups in the Salad Bar. I some times just take their salad bar access for $5.99 and enjoy the delicious soups and snacks. I am Biryani lover. Nawabi Goat Biryani and Vijayawada special are my best Biryani at this place Also, they have some best vegetarian curries and combos. They have the best dining experience and the staff have been very hospitable. They take regular feedback forms and make necessary changes. If, any of their items doesnt meet your expectation let them know, they are good to exchange it for you. I had it today. They seem to be very committed. Dont miss to try the best Indian food in Austin. I would give them 5 stars.

B&C is one of my favorite restaurants in Austin. I have met almost all the staff. Chef Sundar provides high food quality. Just the best! I like B&C food as much as my guatemalan & mexican food. They have great interior design and a very clean and welcoming environment and staff. Kumar was very enthusiastic and attentive as well as the manager Lucero, who explained to me the uniqueness of their most popular dishes in the menu. I personally liked chicken Dum biryani and chicken tikka masala. To all my hispanic community, I strongly encourage you to try their food. They have smoking hot curries. Delicioso! Más que delicioso, exquisito. Apoyemoslos visitandolos.

This probably is the WORST Indian restaurant in the town. Everything tastes bland. The staff is worse and horrible. They will keep you waiting for ever in spite of reminding them multiple times. I was just not happy with the food initially and then had to wait for over 20 mins for my check after asking them twice. I finally had to walk up to the counter where there was a guy standing and doing nothing for the past 10 mins. Trust me.. Worst experience ever. Best avoid this place.

I wish I could give it 6 stars! This place is, for me, the perfect restaurant. The staff are so friendly that theyll make you feel like youre a regular there even if its your first time, and that everyone there is a good friend of yours. The food is indescribably delicious, even if you start the meal in a hurry to leave, youll have no choice but to slow down and savor the food. The smell of the spices, the flavor, the atmosphere- this place is a treat for almost every human sense.

The worst place. Forget the extra charges that they make on your final check, the food tastes too bad. I felt my curry little bit rotten. It looked as if they gave me a frozen curry and put it to heat in microwave n served me. Their menu said rice included, but they charged me extra saying its their mistake but they cant reduce the charge. Service also was one of the worst. The person literally threw the spoon n fork on my place. Im never gonna go again here.

We have ordered food for an event at our home. The food was so delicious and extra ordinary! Guthi Vankaya, Veg Dum Biryani and Double Ka Meeta were my favorites. They did not compromise both on quality and quantity. The food was delivered on time and one of their guys also arranged in a very nice manner. Kudos to all your chefs! Just keep the same quality and this place will just rock! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any kind of big orders.

Worst service experienced ever. It take them very long to prepare order, I had to wait once in middle of meal to get other items on my table. And surprise factor is you never know how much they are going to charge at the end. I have experienced it twice when they have overcharged me with exactly $10 , and second time when I realized and complained about it they said it was a mistake. I would suggest to stay away, unless you have nowhere else to go.

We tried couple of different biryanis and appetizers yesterday. None of them are better, More salt on both appetizers and very less in quantity. Biryanis are not really authentic, most of the items menu are not on most of the restaurants in Hyderabad, So we tried Gongura biryani and Chicken fry biryani, Basically they are making base biryani rice and adding the stuff on top of it. Deserts are really good. We felt that food is over priced.

I have been looking for a decent Indian food restaurant in my area of town for some time now. I decided to stop when I drove by this place on the way to another destination and I am so glad I did! The food is excellent, largely Southern Indian cuisine, and there are many options! Staff is friendly, location is clean and the mood is on point. Would recommend anybody seeking out some authentic cuisine to give this place a try!

Awesome food with a perfect blend of spices. Beware though, they will not bring everything to the table at once so someone may be waiting to get served while your meal gets cold. Also, theres no buffet on the weekends. Edit: Sept 15, 2016 Theyve changed their name to Biryani & Co. but the management remains the same. The weekday buffet has been replaced by a complimentary "salad" bar with a few appetizers.
