We stopped into our local Dairy Queen last night(5-12-16 around 6pm) and purchased (3) Chicken Strip Baskets. We know the chicken strip baskets are a little spendy but we were craving them... We were very disappointed with what we received. Half of the chicken strips were so tiny. They were roughly 3" long and I could fit at least 2 in the palm of my small hand. They looked like oversized chicken nuggets instead of chicken STRIPS. They also did not taste very fresh (fries and drinks were good) and it was right at dinner time.. It was ridiculous. We spent $27.00 on 3 baskets w/2 upgraded drinks. So disappointed. And I didnt even get a receipt!

They have the worst service. There were five workers standing around doing nothing and after i told the one working the drive thru what i wanted he said they didnt have that blizzard. That was fine, i just asked for chocolate ice cream with brownie chunks instead. The kid then argues and offers me different kinds of blizzards and i just kept telling him the same thing. He finally accepted my order and then i pull up, they hand me a vanilla blizzard. I go in to ask why they gave me vanilla instead of chocolate and he said they were out. The service was awful and the workers were not accommodating at all for a simple order.

Good ice cream and fries, but the customer service was terrible. We get three miles down the road, and I get ready to enjoy a burger, only to learn that they melted cheese onto it. Im very disgruntled by this because I specifically said THREE times, I want a plain burger with nothing on it. The cashier himself even repeated the order perfectly, yet I end up with a burger I am incapable of eating.

They still have Marshmallow! Most Minnesota DQs are no longer carrying it and its a dumb mistake. They saw how excited I was that they had it they gave me extra. A wonderful Marshmallow and Hot Fudge shake. Ive been through here a few times and its always clean and the staff has been eager to please. Food has been good and fresh. Desserts, well its DQ

The visit was fine & staff were friendly, the food did not have the quality I think it should have had though. Fries were soggy instead of crisp and the burgers were very sloppy with ketchup, mustard and sauce all over the outside of the bun
