Too many times.... I get my lunch or dinner, open the box & get 3.5 instead of 5 chicken tenders!....Or get tiny fish "fingers" instead of the normal meaty, fish sticks!.... or order baby back ribs & get what appears to be baby "squirrel-sized" ribs! Now, that they jacked up the prices $3 for dinners & lunches, cut the portions & cut the amount of broasted potatoes in half!..... Ill never be back to this one & may not ever go to another Chicken Shack again! Its one thing to raise your prices.... but its entirely different to increase your prices & decrease the amount of food you provide! NOT WORTH $12 for a tender dinner!!! Dont get me wrong, the food is delicious!......but! I would rather spend $9 on a delicious, huge, home-style cooked dinner @ Hamburger Hut (Hut Diner now)that fills me up for lunch & dinner....Than spend $12 on a lunch that leaves me hungry for still!

Very disappointed in the service. After placing and paying for order was then told there would be a wait as no chicken was available. I expressed my disappoint that I hadnt been told of the wait. The staff person chose to justify his behavior and did not offer any comps. Will not be returning. (Glad I got my chicken before discussion!)

If possible I want to give 0 rating for their food. We ordered 2 meals one with chicken and other with fish and some sides. It looks like they use same oil for all the food and hence our food had bad smell. $17 was charged. Oily food, under cooked, waste of money, waste of time. We have thrown all the food into bin and felt bad.

We love, love, love everything about Chicken Shack!! Our favorites are the BBQ sauce and the chicken strips!!! Yummy!! Carry out is what we usually get and whom ever answers the phone is always very nice, every time! Check them out, give them a try! You wont regret it!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Chicken was undercooked and it had an after taste (Horrible). I will never do business at this Chicken shack again I paid almost $12.00 for my meal which was wasted. The roll and potatoes were good but I never tasted chicken that bad especially from a Chicken Shack! Thanks DAWNA

I have tried time and time again, they dont! The chicken is inferior to other chicken shack locations. It is inferior to KFC. My wait was 25 minutes after paying and the meal was inedible. Even the side dishes were horrible. I drive to the Allen Park location,it is worth it.

This is the best chicken shack Ive ever been to. The boasted potatoes were all perfectly cut. No piece was too big. The barbecue tenders that I had had the perfect amount of char and sauce on them. My entire party was pleased with their meal.

Staff here are very unpleasant to talk to. I had called in about an order of $60 for our staff at a local business for an office lunch. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Never again!!!

My family and I ordered the chicken bite dinner that feeds about 8 people...it was awesome! Everything was fresh and crispy and well worth $25. The bbq sauce is the best!
