No stars if possible the service was terrible spoke to manager on duty about getting information for general manager to see if they could donate to my gofundme page after eating after paying for my meal I asked for manager lady in blue shirt game over stated she was manager I asked her to give me email information so I could email management to see if hey would be able to make a donation to my gofundme page she said she would give me the fb page of the restaurant and I could find the email there I was on my way out and a customer asked me about my trucking job and wanted to know how many miles I drive I was speaking to them about my job and in the middle of the talk with the customer asking me about my job this RUDE lady came over and yelled at me saying your not coming into my restaurant asking for money I NEVER ASKED anyone for money I asked for an email to "email" the management asking for a donation to my gofundme page I felt disrespected and was treated poorly the restaurant was filthy the syrup container had syrup all over it the food was cold and I dont appreciate being treated that way will be calling corporate ihop to explain the situation

Its too bad that I actually like the food, and the service was excellent the last time I went.... What I am sick to death of in this place, is they send u coupon after coupon, and after SCOURING it, to make SURE there are no restrictions, u go, u order, u eat, u get your bill, and upon handing the waitress your coupon, your told, yet again, on a completely DIFFERENT coupon than the last time this happened.... You cant use it.... THIS TIME, its bc your "free" item, CAN NOT be an item from the kids menu.... WTF?! Bc, my coupon said free entree of equal or lesser value, when 2 meals, and 2 beverages are purchased... Not only did we purchase the kids funny face pancake, the 2 beverages, but we also purchased a Third beverage, and still, they said "I cant tell u how many families we have to tell this to" and "youd think theyd put this ON the coupon, knowing we [staff] have to deny this coupon often".... Hello, IHOP.... ARE U THERE?!!!! Apparently NOT, so, I wont be either....

The only time I ever go to ihop is at 2am after the bar. So I go there with a couple of friends after bar hours. There were about 2 parties ahead of us waiting to be seated but they sat everyone with no problem. They even sat me and my two friends all the while we told them two other people joining us, so they sat us at table with room for the five us. The waitress wanted to take our order but we told her we would wait for our friends. But by the time our friends arrived which was only about 5 minutes after we sat down the IHOP manager decided to lock the doors and not let anyone in!!! They wouldnt let my two other friends in who they knew we were waiting for. We even informed the police detail on duty that they are with us and they still denied them to come in. Absolutely horrible. I was just a drunk girl trying to get some breakfast with friends.

The hostess seated us at a filthy table with syrup stuck all over it. After telling her she comes over and runs a wet cloth over the table once and asks is this OK. Then walks away leaves our table wet. We had our son get up from the table to find napkins to dry off our own table. After waiting for ten minutes after being seated for a waitress to come take at least even our drink order no one ever came over to wait on us so we got up and walked out. It is too bad because we have been to this location several times and have spent quite a bit of money in there. YOU WILL NEVER SEE US IN HERE AGAIN!!!

I took my grandparents here for dinner. The food came out EXTREMELY cold and other items were completely burnt. We asked for them to make the food again. They instead put it In the microwave and tried to bring it back out. I then asked to speak with the manager due to the above circumstances. The manager came over and was very rude. He had no communication skills and Insisted we were wrong and that we should not be complaining. I would not recommend anyone to come here while George the manager is helping to run the establishment

Horrible service, the manager "Amy" could care less about keeping the customers happy..... She didnt smile and appeared to be in a bad mood... When I expressed to her my concerns at the table she showed no empathy at all!!!! On top of it there was two workers arguing in front of myself and other customers about who had the next table that came in..., apparently someone went out of order but, thats no way for any employee to Conduct themselves....I will not be going back to that circus ever

I love IHOP! They seriously have the best pancakes Ive ever tasted! They have 4 different syrups to put on their amazing pancakes. Strawberry, blueberry( which is a little too sweet for me), old fashioned, and one which I think is their signature syrup ( my favorite)!! Its kind of fun trying them all. Their eggs are fluffy and buttery. Perfectly crispy bacon and a whole hot urn of coffee brought to the table. Our waitress was super friendly and efficient. I wish it was closer to my house

Had to ask for everything three times waitresses could care less. My food was chewy and cold. I dont like to complain but i wanted to just inform the manager Gorge about my waitress and he said "what do you want me to do you sat and ate a crappy meal and didnt tell me before." And when my mother told him that i was pregnant and didnt want to complain he replies with "what would i hit you or something". Very rude and never coming back to this location

Bathroom was a little dirty, paper towel machine broken, no toilet paper in handicap stall. Waitress never asked if any refills were wanted on all you can eat order. We presented our 20% off cards that had no expiration date and they confiscated them and gave us new cards with expiration dates of less than one year. When we requested our original cards back we were told no. Probably wont be back.

Nothing like an appetizer at the end of your meal. I could go on... the waitress did apologize but kept making mistakes and there was no offer to give the appetizers gratis for the big inconvenience.... thats all it would have taken to make us feel better... so we paid for the appetizers that came at the end of the meal but we wont be going there any time in the near future.

By far the worst service that I have ever had of all the restaurants Ive eating at. Asked for hot sauce, never got it. Asked for a refill of my coffee, never got it. It took 20 minutes for our server to bring us our check after we were done eating. We had to find a mother server to give our check to do we could pay and get. 110% disappointed.
