Always spot-on and delicious, a little pricey but its really not bad. Ive never had a bad experience here and thats saying something compared to a couple other Chinese restaurant that Ive been to. The cheese wontons are always really nice and hot and I just love the dough or whatever that theyre made out of. I always get the sesame chicken and orange chicken large sizes, to me those are the best tasting meals and the best bang for the buck. I really recommend this place but if you want top notch quality food, you know Michelin star rating, dont expect that here because its a Chinese food place in the strip mall.

They DO NOT DELIVER!! Not a Nice bone in their body! Their customer service Is so horrible. Dont even bother expecting a simple "Hello how are you" They just look at you like your retarded or something! I dont think they even know how to make Chinese food. The Mongolian Beef had mushrooms and water chestnuts with no spice. If they delivered and actually talked to their customers instead of being so stiff and uninviting maybe they would get better at running a business. Until then they can suck off!

I love Jin Jin. I hate the city of Crestview and there arent many options, especially for Chinese food, around here. I am happy that my husband and i found Jin Jin though. Compared to China One, near Publix, Jin Jin is like professional, top quality food. I dont know why people care about customer service, youre there for fifteen minutes tops. If you do care though, Ive never had a bad experience there, the two people Ive encountered have never been anything but polite to me.

Anything labeled "hot & spicy" is typically neither hot nor spicy. Good portion sizes. If you are hungry and are okay with average-ish Chinese food, this is the place for you! I have read reviews complaining about the service-- I dont go for chit-chat or smiles. I go for food. Your order is taken and your food is made. If you want smiles and chit-chat, go see Ben Anderson.

Chinese food doesnt have to be great to be edible, but this place couldnt even get to the decent level. The meat was small and nasty to leave you wondering..."Is this even meat" The cheese wontons were the worst ever. No wonder they were on sale. Overall I spent $40 and didnt get 1 good thing. The General Tsaos was the best but still not up to par when compared to others.

Cant get better in Crestview in my opinion. I eat here quite often and it is always freshly prepared to order and priced well for the portion size. They even give you free items if you spend 20 bucks or more, I mean come on. In fact Im going there tonight. I have been eating here since they opened, probably almost 20 years, never got poisoned so I think that is hogwash.

Ordered take out over phone. Sat there waiting almost 40 min because it was kinda a large order I thought they were just slammed. I finally asked guy about status of my order. Took about 10 more min after that. Told me it was my fault that the order was so delayed. Food wasnt really worth the wait either. Pretty gross really.

Good stuff, I grab something different to go all the time. Taste good, great quality, and is relatively clean for a take out place. Not sure what the last one star is complaining about (its take out, not some fancy dine-in), every dish Ive eaten from here has been great.

Once while driving by this particular restaurant, they werent busy. The female cashier was standing over one of the workers backs who had his shirt pulled up. She was actually squeezing zits on his back at one of the tables. Too vivid to be making this up

I love this Jin-Jins. The kitchen is clean, the food is great, and the service is really quick. I have never gotten a bad order of anything. Try the cream-cheese wontons they are fabulous! They also have a really great "Hot and Sour" soup. Delicious!!
