Maybe if I ever got the food, Id rate it higher. Placed an order for delivery at about 730, they had no problem charging my card on the spot (working on getting the charge reversed), and that was the end of their effort. An hour and a forty-five later I call and spend 12 minutes on the phone, try to explain the issue to the first person who picked up, who told me to hold while he looked for my order, than 6 minutes on hold later someone else picks up the phone asking if I want to place an order for pick up or delivery. Have to explain again what Im calling for, he puts me on hold again for about 5 minutes until the manager picks up. He at least pretended to find my order, confirm my address, apologize, and say its going out the door now. Now I wasnt upset about any of this because sure it was probably busy, I explained to the manager I didnt mind the wait, but was calling to make sure my order was received and everything. I then proceeded to wait another 2 hours, and still no food arrived, despite it being "out the door" at 930. Not a single phone call to tell me they are busy and the estimated delivery time was wrong, or to announce any issues they had with my order. Zero communication, about the same amount of food I got. Thanks Flippers, keep up the good work.

I have ordered from this place 3x delivery and each time there have taken over and hour and a half and the food was cold. The third time I talked to a manager and he pretty much said tough luck.. I have ordered Pizza Hut, Papa Johns and Dominos and my pizza wasnt as much and my food NEVER TOOK over a half an hour. This place has bad management, drivers and food. It cost more to order food from this place and the service is 10x worse. Do not order from here if you are ordering delivery. They make up ever excuse possible and they dont care. We asked to talk to the manager and they said it was Cassie and when he got on the phone he said it was the assistant and when we asked to speak to the MANAGER he said this is the manager. This place is a joke! I never give reviews but this place really upset me and my family. I mean come on we only ordered from them 3x and each time was the same thing. The manager pretty much said if I want hot food come get it myself. Never again will I order from here. Waste of money and TIME, my husband used to be a delivery driver so we always tip well but this is pathetic!

My fiance and I were staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and decided to order pizza our last night before leaving. The price wasnt bad and we were pretty ready for pizza. It took about 30 minutes from the time the call was placed for it to get to our hotel which again, wasnt bad at all. The driver couldnt make change (total $20-something, paid with two twenties) and ended up getting a much larger tip than originally intended (+$10) She had two different orders and when we got back to our room and realized our pizza was the completely wrong one. We called the store, the manager said no problem, he was having them remake it asap, should be 20 minutes tops. Nearly 45 minutes later we still had not received a call from the return driver or anything. After over an hour from the remake call, the same driver returned. The manager had thrown in an order of bread sticks for the trouble. After finishing, my fiance walked away and as I was leaving g the driver said "so thats it?" As if expecting a tip again. The food wasnt terrible, but it was not worth the hassle at all.

Came here after work and ordered a traditional cheese pizza. The only thing around is crap like Dominos and Pizza Hut, and anyone who hails from up north knows thats just not acceptable, so I figured Id give it a try. I dont think Ive had a more perfect pizza outside of New York. The cheese was fresh and delicious, the sauce tasted like theyd crushed the tomatoes there, and there was a burst of fresh basil in every bite. Absolutely shocked at how good it was! I dont know about the specialty pizzas or anything like that, but the standard traditional pizza is exceptional. Try it! The cooking was a little slow, and I heard the people making the pizza mention they were a half hour behind on Delivery, adding a as always to it, so be wary of delivery and just go in and take your time. Every person I encountered had great personality and friendly disposition. A+.

Wonderful food. Reasonable price. Great atmosphere. Absolutely horrific service due to a kitchen staff that cant keep it together. My server apologized for the breadsticks not coming out despite her asking for them repeatedly. She handed me my pizza and apologized that the kitchen forgot to take the tomatoes off despite me asking for no tomatoes. My pizza wasnt cut- at all. I had to cut it myself. The whole restaurant was in similar situations. Took everyone hours to get through- nobody could get their checks- food orders were all wrong.The kitchen staff needs to watch a few episodes of kitchen nightmares to learn how a kitchen can expedite. The kitchen was in absolute shambles and couldnt get anything correct (albeit, it tasted wonderful and did seem clean). Every customer was livid by the time they left.

We love Flippers Pizza and decided to go there. We were a party of three dining in around 6PM. ( July 15,2015). We ordered un-sweetened iced tea and they didnt have any lemons. Now wouldnt you as a manager run over to the Target store or Sweet Tomatoes and get lemons? Iced tea is so popular and only 6PM? They did however, exchange the iced tea for a soda.Then the AC wasnt working. It was 77 degrees with hot ovens.Waitress said to us it was set at 71 degrees. No apologies! No manager coming over. No nothing! It would have been nice for them to say," Sorry, we are aware of the AC problem and we have an AC tech coming to fix our AC." We did order a traditional pizza and that was still good. Workers just didnt seem to care.

Was staying a couple of miles down the road for a few days. Their menu was in my hotel room. I decided to give them a try. I got the Marinara Romano and a order of breadsticks the first time. Geez. I stuffed my face, but left enough to have a meal the next day. A couple of days later I decided to give their pizza a try. Got one with pepperoni and sausage, it was just as good. Both times I went in and ordered on the spot, took 15-20 minutes each time. Glad the box fit in the room fridge and a microwave was available (good cold too). Minor reasons its not a 5. If I end up moving to the Orlando area I hope Im not near a location, Im already out of shape around the middle. =D

My husband and I just ordered calzones from them. I understand its Florida and they cant do pizza like we do up north but this was really bad. The ricotta was very dry, it crumbled like blue cheese, and there was maybe a tablespoon of it in there, it had one single thin slice of ham inside, that had an off kind of taste, if you like mozzarella you would have loved it because thats basically all there was inside. It was also as flat as a thin pizza. All in all i was not happy. I would have given them a one but there delivery driver was very courteous and nice.
